Found this setting on my own and till then, no pixelated stream and suddenly crappy soundquality. 31/05/21 ! Do this if u have that problems! Stay healthy

People giving advice on youtube without knowing what that option actually does. Disabling the option have opposite impact on streaming because it uses software encoding rather than hardware encoding which is going to result in bad performance overall.

did not fix anything for me. it looks like 140p but i stream 2k on twitch just fine
An Admin must pump up the Video/Voice Quality on every Voicechannel.
Standart is 50kbps and you can turn on manuel to 96kbps.
When the Server is boosted, you can pump up the Quality more
