I don't know you, nor Toren, nor Serenity. We are strangers. But as a fellow human I wanna thank you and commend yall on being people of light. Cheers to you!

I'm autistic and have C-PTSD, and I'm so grateful I found your safe haven of a channel. Listening to Father Wolf (I'm sorry for not knowing your name) was both saddening and made me feel hopeful. You are strong and resilient, and you show the world that feeling your feelings is a strength. Thank you ❤

Thank You Torens Dad for opening up. I think this is very helpful for boys/young men seeing a man talking about sadness, anger and distructive ways to manage them and them finding other more wholesom ways.
And now we all know how Toren will look like when he's an adult.
And he sounds a bit like You.
I think You are all good for each other😊

Thank you for sharing. My Dad lost his father at 12 from a heart attack and sadly his mother didn't do well in the 70s as a single mother of four. She turned to booze and set a poor example on how to deal with Trauma. Only 1 of the 4 managed to really tackle their issues (Sadly it isn't my dad) and he struggles a lot with being a good father. What I'm saying is. Thank you, for fighting through that wall to become an awesome dad for Toren. Because sometimes I feel like I don't have a "good" father either and I get super jealous when I see people with a good relationship with their dad. Sorry for your recent loss as well. Wishing you all the healing in the world.

Hello Toren's dad. Thankyou for sharing your story!
Recently I read "Waking The Tiger" by Peter Levine, who is an expert on trauma, and it has already helped immensely. I am working my way through his other books, as well as "The Body Keep the Score" by Bessel van der Kolk.

As a late-diagnosed middle-aged AuDHD it's been interesting to realize how much of one's emotional experience depends on other people in order to process. Our culture has a lot of conflicting messages/values regarding strength and grief, particularly in terms of how men deal with our feelings. The keening scene of Midsommar is particularly insightful in this regard i.e. the communal mirroring of grief is immensely cathartic and demonstrates that our emotional life is meant to be shared, that emotional balance is a collective responsibility.

It’s the sharing of stories that have brought me out of really dark places. I appreciate the courage and strength you have to express yourself not only to those around you but to many strangers on the internet. My prayer is that many more people will share their experiences from grief and childhood trauma so that others won’t feel like they’re alone in their pain. You not only shared your trauma, but you shared the possibility of healing and finding a way through the pain. ❤
Condolences for both your fathers. I’m sure they’d be very proud of the progress you’ve made. You have a wonderful family that’s helping so many people. May God protect you all. ❤

I am so sorry that you not only lost your dad at such a young age, but in such a heartbreaking way, and that you witnessed part of it... you must have suffered so much as a child, and still now as that will never leave you, it becomes part of who you are (I still have my parents but i have lost my stillborn daughter so whilst I havent been in your shoes I know grief at its core level, like yourself). You seem like such a kind, emotionally intelligent and wonderful person, some of us who go throigh the worst pain end up being the more empathetic as we know what its like to suffer so much. Thank you for sharing, i know it wont have been easy but its the videos your family make that help so many others

Secondly, I have to comment on how apropos those pictures behind you are to your family. So poignant.❤❤
We all seem to mask so much: emotions, responses and well-being trying to “fit in” and not show weakness to others. And yet we all have our struggles, some more than others, with getting through life. I hope with content such as shared by Toren, Serenity and yourself that we become more understanding of ourselves and others. ⭐️
Lastly, my condolences to you and yours over the loss of your father and recently your stepfather. 🥀

My dad was killed when I was 16. Idk if it was better or worse that I was older. I wish I had the platform to share the story and let teens know they aren’t alone because I sure felt alone. I have a hard time just talking about it but if someone asked me questions I’m able to answer them in full detail. I bottle my emotions but when I’m on the verge of explosion I shut down and focus on other things to calm down. So many things and traumas I’ve experienced in life the hardest was losing a part of myself the day my dad was killed 😢
