It's not practical to have ceramic clear coat. I'm an automotive paint distributor and have sold ceramic clear for some OEM Mercedes and it's a nightmare. It does not make your car scratch proof like people think. Yes it is much more durable then regular clear coat but it will still scratch. The biggest problem is getting the scratches out when you get them. The surface is so hard, it is very very difficult to sand, buff and polish let alone if you have to do a repair on them, the shop will have to charge you arm and a leg. Anyone with experience repairing them will not repair them or charge at least double of normal repair. Mercedes stop using them by the way.
About the dull paint -- did you get it done from Hyundai or from third party workshop? Hard to imagine Hyundai after sales not matching the colour evenly.

I think I can do it myself in much cheaper price. And yes Gagan, the color difference in bumper & door is visible in the video also. You should have gone to the dealer for repainting & also had asked for number of coats done at the service center & at the manufacturing unit. Like Volkswagen does 11 layer coat.
Only time'll tell whether ur car'll remain scratch proof or not? I think u should show d real condition of d same car to all ur viewers who actually trust u after 1 year of this Ceramic Coating. This expensive Coating worth only If it really makes d surface scratch proof over a long period of time (say upto 4-5 years), Otherwise total wastage of money.. Thanku
There is no coating that will make your car scratch proof. It's all a marketing scam. Bring me any car that has been coated with "ceramic coating" and with my bare hands I can make surface scratches/swirl marks. They provide very very minimal protection from scratches/swirl marks. All these products claiming 9H is on a pencil hardness scale and not Moh's scale. Ceramic coating is cool because it's like a super durable wax coating that lasts a long time with minimal care.

I dont see any issue in giving credit to the shop where he did the coating. As a viewer the only thing to consider is whether it shows in the finish or not. Eventhough many knockoffs are there in the market in the name of coating and its a black hole, CeramicPro is a decent brand and their products are good and the quality \ durability depends on the process the installer followed and the way its applied.
Please post one more video after doing pressure wash (not from the same shop). After doing wash from outside service centre. Please review coating after washing the car.

Gagan Brother, did you try to get car wrapped (body wrap)? Can get different shade and have option of gloss and matte. Though, changing the colour might require you to tell RTO about it, but have grey in different shade might be safe play IMHO. The cost too might be less than ceramic coating.

Gagan sir. It might be a different question from the above video. But still wanna know that can we crome plastic part at home . Say it might be crome inside of your lights or. Plastic part having crome layer ( for example - bajaj avanger tank console is of plastic but having crome layer . And which is removed ) so can we do it by ourself.
If a scratch goes through the paint, it cannot be fixed through just buffing with compound cutting and polishing compound. It needs to be done by touch up paint (with sanding method)or repaint the whole panel. The scratch mostly lies on the clear coat which is usually very thick. The guys who did your paint correction should have used sanding (if they did they should have used little more aggressive sand paper). Now the ceramic coating is done as you said 3 times, which will make it harder to fix that scratch. The car looks good. But yes could have gotten it done for cheaper.

If this coating is so special and is necessary then why not high end cars comes with factory ceramic coating. As all their customers can afford it ?

Hello sir. Can you tell me what are some works which should be done on a newly bought car. I am buying my first car, what works should I get done on it? For eg. Ceramic coat, lamination, body fenders etc.
After the first wash from them; how often cleaning is required. I mean can we do cleaning with water or just dry clean is good enough because as you said ki roz ragad k saaf kia to 7-8 mahine he chalegi..

Gagan Brother, did you try to get car wrapped (body wrap)? Can get different shade and have option of gloss and matte. Though, changing the colour might require you to tell RTO about it, but have grey in different shade might be safe play IMHO. The cost too might be less than ceramic coating.
Is it scratch resistant now? My car is a dust magnet. It gathers dust in no time. Will this coating help reducing dust sticking on car body?

Gagan sir. It might be a different question from the above video. But still wanna know that can we crome plastic part at home . Say it might be crome inside of your lights or. Plastic part having crome layer ( for example - bajaj avanger tank console is of plastic but having crome layer . And which is removed ) so can we do it by ourself.
If a scratch goes through the paint, it cannot be fixed through just buffing with compound cutting and polishing compound. It needs to be done by touch up paint (with sanding method)or repaint the whole panel. The scratch mostly lies on the clear coat which is usually very thick. The guys who did your paint correction should have used sanding (if they did they should have used little more aggressive sand paper). Now the ceramic coating is done as you said 3 times, which will make it harder to fix that scratch.
The car looks good. But yes could have gotten it done for cheaper.
