I have done Ceramic Pro overseas for my car since 2013. It does work however there are a couple of things to be careful about: a) Use recommended shampoo and don’t get it washed in a car wash. Secondly don’t go for cheaper version, go for as many layers as you can afford and get annual maintenance of the coating. This coating is only for OCD people who love their cars or bikes too much :)

It s been 11 years 3 m coating still works.my suv parked in shed and polished by 3m wax once in a month.
Every month you wax that's helping you.Idea of ceramic coating is to not go thru that trouble every month and clean your car daily with Bergmann or jopasu kind duster lightly and not lkke those stupid videos show.Every time montly you wax you are not decontaminating your paint and you are pushing in those in your paint every time.Totally wrong and laborious way of caringbfor your vehicle.

Ceramic coating can never be done in 2.5 hours. It takes lots of skills, precision, patience and time. Ideally it takes two full days to complete the job (including curing time).

Ceramic coating will not remove swirl marks, holograms or any other pain defects. I highly recommend to get your car paint corrected before you apply ceramic coating.
As the word suggests, it's a coating. It will clear coat whatever paint condition you have underneath and will act as a shield from daily harsh weather elements. Always ensure to use proper maintenance care to get the most life out of your coating - two bucket wash method, apply spray on/wipe overcoat, always use an edgeless plush microfiber to dry. And most importantly never take your car to an auto car wash unless it's a touch-less car wash.

On seeing the complete video, I feel its being conceived as a paint alternative or shine. This comes as a protection layer on top of the clearcoat which is a sealant similar to wax and the only difference is the durability. Before doing any protection like coating or wax, the surface has to be prepared properly (not recommended on a new car unless there are a hell lot of blemishes in the painting). Once the surface is scratch free, any sealant can be applied either its can be a wax or a synthetic sealant or coating. So coating wont remove any scratches nor swirls, it comes under surface preparation.
On following proper maintenance schedule it can last several years else the layer will wear off early too. In simple terms Coating is for those who dont want to do frequent maintenance else wax or sealants. However if you give to the car washign guy the swirls or scratches wont take much time to return back, need to wash the car using proper washing method. Hope they might have told the author how to maintain.

A wax is nothing but wax, which is made using natural wax like brazilian carnauba wax and its pretty expensive. There are synthetic waxes too, difference is in the finish and life of the natural wax is less but cannot compare the finish.
A paint sealant is made of polymers, which are composed of tens of thousands of synthetic particles that are linked together. When a sealant bonds to your vehicle’s paint, it forms a rigid shell. It is not the warm carnauba that seems to melt into the paint. Paint sealants sit on top of the paint like a transparent metal suit. They are glossy and slick, but you wont get the warmth and depth of a carnauba.
Enthusiasts use both with final layers using carnauba for the warmth and depth

Apki video se mujhe ye mehsus hua ki ceramic coating bohot paise walo ki kam hai,mere jesa LP school teacher ki nahi. Video dekhne se Pehle mene v coating karwane ko soch raha tha, lekin ab mene fesla kiya ki ye bekar ki kam lower middle class ke liye.

There is no product called TEFLON in the market, Dupont stopped producing it many years back. Its a misused word in detailing industry for just compound - polish.

Good help Gagan and if anyone want to do then go for ultimate detailerz I done there for my bike Benelli TRK 502x and they really given great quality work they done in 2.5days of work so don't go anywhere like gaganbhai told in 2/3 hrs ceramic coating never done it took atleast for super Bike 2.5days so cars will take more time.And don't go for showroom ceramic coating they give you poor quality with high price. thanks Gagan I always like your videos because of you have good knowledge and human being.keep going.👍😃

Very informative video! Just a comment for your view on ceramic coating white cars - you are right that it won't show that much, but one long-term advantage of ceramic coating a white car is that it won't become yellowish or cream colour after a few months.

I own two cars, almost same colour.(darker tone).one was ceramic coated other was not, now after two years the difference is obvious..
the one that was ceramic coated has no swirl marks.
And yes, ceramic coating is great for slightly darker colours.. white, beige and upto a certain extent silver the difference is minimal..but one advantage of ceramic on white colour is it does not get stained easily when there r bird droppings or tree sap falling on it.

Bhai audi aur BMW ka paint bahut high quality ka hota hai. Harley Davidson throw their painted motorcycle parts in open environment for many years to test the quality of paint
Car paint and ceramic coatings both are different worlds. Ceramic coating isn't another layer of paint but more like covering your car with a very thin layer of glass for added protection and sheen.
You feel woofers and heavy basstubes are good still you don't find those in luxurious cars....why? Just because no car manufacturer can send the car accessorised.... They can make their sound system powerful but can't add accessories same is the case with paint and the coating...and btw, hath off to you negligence 🙏😂

Gagan let me help you out......I have been studying car detailing for 2 years now want to start one of my own..... 1st about new cars...... dont do anything in side or out side for 3 months to you new car just wash and dry it.... Reason..... In a new car lot of chemicals are used.. In the paint and plastics.... over time they evaporate..... by putting wax, coating on, you are trapping the escaping gasses causing bubbles..... 2nd Tefflon..... tefflon is wax based which is washed off over time (2 to 3 months) the actual tefflon is baked on (requires very high temperature to bond to the paint.... to achieve these temperature set fire to your car...... thats why it use on pots and pans) ..... 3rd..... why coating..... Coating/ Pant is measured in HARDNESS (H... 6H,9H,12H) the hardness of just the pant on your car is around 2 to 3 H and the thickness is around the same thickness of a A4 paper... by applying sealant and wax you are increasing the thickness but that last 6 to 12 months..... by applying a coating it takes care of both hardness (more effort to put scratches) and thickness... why 50K for a I 10 I do think is a wast of money but for Luxury cars or expensive cars..... think it worth it........ if you can pay 10L on a car just a bit more to protect it and keep it looking good..... but it up to you....

I have not seen this video yet, still at the start...but ceramic coating is much better infact best than lamination but it doesn't alter any paint...the reason is yes as u said is WASHING...it warns out in washing the more u do it the more it goes off...i have ybr 125G and based in pakistan...but definitely i would go for ceramic coating cz as previous research on ceramic n lamination thing (most ruthless way to damage ur bike)

You are right bro taflon coating is only for 3-4 days. Service centre took Rs 3300. I realise this after few days when the shining gone. This coating is good if your car going for marriage party.. that's it

I got ceramic coating don in my scorpio and Himalayan from Flywheel car care Nerul and it was a franchise center of ACE Pro. Absolutely dissatisfied. It has no hydrofobic quality and not hard as 9H even the stickers goes off in normal pressure wash.
