Pan TheOrganizer. Personal question so i understand if you can't answer but I've been watching your videos for awhile now and I've always wondered what you do for a living? Also great videos! I refer all of my car detailing friends and family to your channel so that they get proper information on detailing their vehicle
Thank you very much for the information! Very interesting! Lots of new information! This week I have a lot of work, and there is no time to get acquainted with all this, but from Monday I will read and see everything :). I'm very happy!
It took me 5+ hours to do. I recommend using a proper gas mask or doing it outside, the fumes are strong. The cquartz 3.0 kit only came with one final buff cloth, you will need more.
@@BerryMyDick I’m pretty sure he means for the every step it took him 5 hours everything is pretty easy if you’re car is pretty clean for me the hardest thing was polishing Bc I had really bad swirl marks so I had to learn how to use a rotary polisher and also a DA polisher but besides that it was all easy
It took me two days to complete the entire process. Wash with chemical guys clean slate using two bucket method, fall out remover, clay, tape up the car, polish three step, ipa wipe down and apply ceramic coating. The paint on my Tesla was pretty clean as I have paint protection on the front and I wax the car regularly. There were a few swirls in the paint, but very minor.
Great to see someone just get to showing us what to do rather than brag up their product and bag the competitor. Well done, thanks for taking the time to post and explain.
I have been detailing for decades, before anyone called detailing and we laughed at the idea of paying someone to bring a car up to show condition… but I am learning so much from your channel on business, new products and tips/techniques… I am finally going to take the plunge and detail full time. Many thanks and keep up the good work.
Hey thanks John, I appreciate it. How did you discover my channel by the way? Welcome to my channel. You discovered one of the biggest car detailing channels on RUclips as we surpassed 825,000 subscribers and 100 million views! I have been detailing for 25 years and I love to share my knowledge and passion with my viewers. You found the right channel to help you learn everything about detailing.
@@PanTheOrganizer many thanks! Your channel came up near the top when I searched in RUclips probably due to the size of your channel 😎🤘I did not come from outside the RUclips environment (social media, FB, websites) it was an internal RUclips recommendation. 😎👍
You Sir, KNOW how to detail a car properly ! I thought I was OCD about my car ! You did a great job, and as with any job, it's all about the prep work .
Thanks John!! How did you discover my channel? Next you should watch how I detailed my brand new car: 2018 BMW M550i: ruclips.net/video/dsCmJJDP3xo/видео.html
Having never done any detailing before I watched your video a few times to make sure I didn't mess anything up. I am STUNNED at the results. My car looks amazing. Thanks Pan!!!
Amazing approach. Thorough, Car looks ... well .. out of this world. I've watched alot of videos on ceramic coating. You by far have had the best preparation. Very well done.
+ServiceProcess Thanks for the great feedback, I appreciate it! Hopefully you checked out my other videos too if you liked this one. How did you discover my channel?
Pan TheOrganizer Hi Pan, Have you tried Modesta Coatings? I ordered a complete Modesta kit, and can't wait to try it. I was wondering if you've tried it. Regards!
Thanks for your feedback Jordan! Since you subscribed to my channel, let me officially welcome you to the Pan TheOrganizer family! How did you discover my channel?
Hey Pan, it seems like ceramic coating is all the rage. Lots of videos about recommendations and how to apply. Fast forward 1-3 years how will you know if you need to reapply? And how would you reapply a ceramic coating? Do you need to use a machine to buff it all off? It would be interesting to see the steps when you are at the end of your ceramic coating lifespan. And how will you know when that happens? Thanks.
Pan...I have this same question and how will the car look? Also, If we ceramic coat our car will we always have to reapply for the life of the car or can we just let it wear off after time?
Yes, i would do it only that way. But spraying it with simething after every wash etc... not for me, I will have to wait for the apply and forget solution.
Great video, very clearly explained and demonstrated, I have watched quite a few video on ceramic coatings and your video impressed me so much I followed the link in the description and ordered my own Carpro ceramic coating for my truck. Your car looks fantastic. If you are not getting car detailing companies begging you to let them sponsor your videos you will be but honestly the reason I liked your vids so much is your were not trying to push any particular product which makes your sincerity come through in the video. New sub here for sure, great work my friend.
+Tim datoolman Hey thanks Tim! I appreciate it! You're right, I never want to be biased just to one company. I'm simply looking for who makes the best products for each category and which products respond to my needs. And yup, pretty much all the companies are noticing my channel's qui ascent. I got my first sponsored video with my OBSSSSD review (which I fully disclosed in the video as all RUclipsrs are supposed to) and that helps me reinvest in my channel and help me grow. But I will always make sure of two things: 1) even in sponsored videos, they have to be products I like and use 2) I have to have full control of what I say about the items. How did you discover my channel?
I have been researching ceramic coatings for the last month or so and have watched as I said quite a few vids on the subject and just saw your title and clicked on your video to see what I could learn. Don't get me wrong I would never fault anyone just because they do sponsored vids, I have owned my own contracting business for 15 yrs. and I also realize there is a ton of work that goes into making the high quality videos like this one. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your future vids.
LOL! Yes that was obvious to me. I have been shopping for a ceramic coating for a couple of months now and watching your video made my mind up since you used the car pro brand with excellent results I decided to go with that brand because of that...and the price was reasonable for a consumer grade coating.
I understand your good intent. But when you link products in your description with it linking back to you, this is an affiliate link. And thus also sponsored as you get a few % off each purchase, which (by law) should also be disclosed in your video. You were probably not aware of this, that's why I'm just mentioning it. Loved the video btw, one of the best vid's off all time on the subject of applying ceramic coatings. And for once, someone who actually knows what all the steps are you have to undertake. I just subscribed because of this video.
Pan my Canadian man, I have seen a lot of your videos to study how to take care of my car properly in Canadian weather and I have put a good investment just so I can take care of my car and I just wanted to thank you because The way you explain things makes it so much easier for me to find the right product for me according to my needs and my budget and that saves me a lot of money and a lot of time and I have just bought that sealant because of the incredible views and comments that you have on that product, so thank you so much for your experience and please keep up the great work you’re doing I’m looking forward to your next video.
Pan TheOrganizer. I was researching different things about detailing and you kept coming up in different topics and three years ago I saw demonstration about ceramic coating in the auto show and it grabbed my attention and I discovered it’s expensive, so I decided to do it myself ties year, but I want to do it perfect and you’re ceramic coating video is the highest on RUclips, and you live in a similar environment like me, because I am also Canadian , so all the tips in your videos seems to fit me perfectly. And I’m saying that with any over exaggeration, if there’s top five in the detailing world you are definitely on it brother, But on my list you are number one.
Back here after 4 years. This is where it started for me. Love from Amsterdam, Pan. Don't stop, keep growing, you're doing absolutely amazing for the industry!!!!!
I've seen some very professionally produced vids here on RUclips man but yours takes the cake. I thought your BMW looked extra good at stage five but at the final stage...... wow! Thanks man for a very informative presentation. I have a Jaguar here in the UK and am very seriously looking at a ceramic coating.
Thanks Gary! I appreciate the positive feedback. Ever since my first RUclips video in late April 2016, I kept improving the overall quality of my videos and presentation. I'm gonna apply CQ Lite on my new Corvette within the next week. These consumer coatings and videos like yours make it possible. Many thanks for giving me the confidence to take Quartz to a brand new Corvette. I have no doubt it will turn out great.
Thanks Andrew! That's one of the goals of my videos. Empower my viewers to go out there and detail their cars with confidence, and get them to enjoy the fruits of their labor. :)
U should add that before the coating u can apply Carpro essence. Carpro esssence gives an AMAZING gloss level. And is often used as a fine polish. And if u get minor defects or scratches it's possible to polish it up with carpro essence PLUS. That way u add sio2 and fill minor defects without destroying the coating. Greetings from certified carpro cquartz finest installer! But however, GREAT video. Greetings from Norway
+Per Christian Nilsen Thanks for your comment!! I agree with you good point. CarPro Essence is like Gyeon Quartz Primer polish. A nice foundation before applying a ceramic coating. How did you discover my channel?
Pan TheOrganizer and if u Get swirls in the coating u can refresh it with essence PLUS. Where?... don't remember, suggestions when I looked at ammo I think
Pan, great channel!!.... I used carpro essence on the weekend and found it left swirl marks in the paint... I corrected it with scholls s20 first and then tried the carpro essence and the gloss level went backwards... have you found this using that product?? Or do you only recommend using Essence on cleaner paint to top up the gloss level?? Also how long after ceramic coating should you wash the car... ?? Thanks in advance and keep up the good work. I am on Instagram @specialiseddetailing

Pan, I found your channel about two weeks ago and I love the content. I have been a car enthusiast my entire life and have been detailing cars now for just about 10 months. You have definitely clarified some grey areas for me especially with ceramic coatings. Do you have any preferences among these coatings or are they all generally the same? Looking out for the next video Paaaaaannnnnnnn the Organizer !!!
+Jason Clarke Hi Jason! Thanks for your comments! Glad to hear that you like my content. Lots of companies make great coatings, I listed some of my favorites in the links under the video. How did you discover my channel?
Pan TheOrganizer I watch alot of detailing videos and one day the video your of your Garage just popped up. Organizing my own garage better is something I want to do in the future so I watched. I liked and subscribed to your channel.🖒
almost all ceramic coatings are good, dont recommend chinese coatings or gyeon, gyeon i think is made by carpro too but they suck, they don't have chemical resistance like the other competitors, you should try 22ple vx3/vx1, gtechniq c1/c0v2/exo, koch chemie 1k nano(it has no hardness, but a ton of gloss, lasts long, and its cheap af), DON'T BUY CQUK if you're on hot climates! but the regular one! i struggled with uk so much, now i use vx3 from 22ple. looking forward to test vx1 it should be way better
Pan, I want to thank you for taking the time to make detail videos like this. I've watched hundreds of detail videos, some just out of pure interest on how some do it different from myself and sometimes to learn. Every time I watch one of your videos I learn something. Very good content. Very happy I found your channel.
That's very nice of you to say Scott. I appreciate it! I put a lot of time, effort and energy in making these videos for my viewers so it's nice to see my efforts don't go unnoticed. What's your favourite video on my channel so far by the way?
@@PanTheOrganizer I really enjoy a lot of your videos. I would say my favorite is the "Car detailing equipment " video. But to be honest I just found your channel so I still have lots more to watch. I'll also have to be honest and say my wife is not happy I found your channel. I've gone broke lol A lot of companies should really thank you for their advertisements. Since I started watching your videos I've purchased a lot of products I didn't even know existed. P&S Bead Maker, 303 touchless sealant, Stoner trim shine and Gyeon wet coat just to name a few. My last purchase was the 303 touchless sealant. When they had the sale and your promo code I grabbed two bottles! Do you have any personal experience with longevity on this product yet?
Oh you got a lot of great products there! I share that love of buying and trying new products, seeing the results and so happy that the car looks even better! :) Nobody has had a chance to test the long term durability of the 303 Touchless Sealant yet as it's a fairly new product. So I'll report back in a few months. But 303 is a trust-worthy brand and I have no reason to doubt their durability claims of "up to 6 months". Plus you can reapply as often as you with if you see the water beading starting to diminish, or better yet, top that with Bead Maker. :). Have you tried Bead Maker yet? OMG!
@@PanTheOrganizer I have not got to try bead maker yet. The anticipation is killing me lol. I just got it in the mail yesterday and the weather has not been cooperative. I like trying new products and finding just the right mix. I used to have all the time in the world and my cars/trucks were always spotless. However, now I'm a family man with children and all the sports cars and lifted trucks I've had in the past have been turned into SUVs and crossovers lol. I'm currently remodeling my house, helping with the kids and working full time, it doesn't leave much time for my own selfish needs(detailing). That's why I was so attracted to 303's touchless sealant. I also have three vehicles to maintain, so 303 will help me tremendously if the durability is there. It's amazing how far the detailing world and products have come. I remember being a little kid helping my dad wash and wax his van. He too turned the luxury life in for Van's and SUVs lol I had a big family.
This is another Great Tutorial Video Pan. I cannot get over how I learn from watching these videos. I'm glad that I accidentally found out about your channel. You keep it so professional & organized & simple so that any novice can do what you're saying to do. Thanx Again Pan.
Pan: As always, I love your 'how to' instruction. You convinced me (and gave me the confidence) to apply a coating (Opti-Gloss Coat) and leather protectant (Gyeon Leather Shield) to my seats in both cars this weekend. Now, I realize I don't know 'what next?' (maybe a future video?): 1. What's the best way to maintain these both of these coatings? Any suggested products to use for appearance and durability? 2. Since you've stated the Leather Shield is good for 12 months, is there anything that needs to be done to properly re-apply? Maintaining the Opti-Gloss Coating? 3. Since you've stated the Opti-Gloss Coating is good for up to 24 months, are there any particular steps or processes that have to be done to properly re-apply? God Bless America and Canada! Jack
Thanks Jack! I already have a follow-up maintenance wash video tutorial for ceramic coated cars here: ruclips.net/video/yLiePQRMFc8/видео.html And this video I made on how to maintain more specifically Optimum coatings: ruclips.net/video/DxBdWQ2k9Tw/видео.html

Pan TheOrganizer, I subscribed awhile ago researching car cleaning/polishing products. Today this video on ceramic coating came up as something that might interest me when I opened RUclips. Glad I did because the information was worth the watching.
Some people can't stand someone owning a beautiful car and will bang it up on purpose! Sad. One of the reasons I stopped obssesing about my cars. Those first scratches hurt like hell !!

Hey Pan, I’ve been using Car Pro Cquartz on all of my ceramic jobs and my own personal vehicle. It’s the only ceramic coating that I’ve tried. I recently saw that Adams came out with a graphene ceramic coating that supposedly lasts upwards of 7 yrs and offers more protection/hydrophobic properties than regular ceramic coatings. What are your thoughts on it? Have you tried it? I’d love to see a video review from you! Thanks! Keep up the awesome work!
I’m glad I watched this video. I thought a ceramic coating was more like an apply and forget it. But if you you have to maintain the ceramic coating too it’s just another thing to have to do when I wash it. Seems like more work than what’s the worth.
Pan TheOrganizer it was actually very random, even though I had searched ceramic coatings a week ago. I was looking for leather care and you popped on the right. We have a BMW too, and I am going to follow your directions and coat it. Happy Easter, if you celebrate.
I am surely not going to be doing this. Too much work and products to buy. Easier to get it done by a professional. But it was a very informative video indeed. Thank you kindly
@@PanTheOrganizer Well Mr P I am planning to get a Rav4. My previous car (10 years old) has suffered severe weathering and sun damage. I didn't take care of the paint at all. God knows what they are using at the car wash. Ceramic coating was introduced and voila your channel came up. Found many detailing tips quite useful. But doubt I can do it myself.
If you have it done by professional, they’ll charge you $500-$2000 for this. If you buy tools yourself, that will be only fraction of the cost compare to hiring the professional.
@@alwaysnever6004 yet you can fuck it up and end costing you a lot more than 2k to fix 😂🤦♂️. Put it this way you ain't a professional this guy is so don't attempt this at home if you don't know exactly what you are doing.
Always Never buying the tools will probably be the same. I bought the tools and learned my self and no I didn’t mess up my paint or car and it came out beautiful but it wasn’t cheap. Rupes polisher alone cost over 300 and that’s without the pads and creams. Cquartz alone is 80. Only reason I didn’t take it to a shop is because I really wanted to learn and because they quoted me over 1k. I spent like 700-800 but now I’m detailing friends and family’s cars for 200-300 to get my money back and then some for a turbo lol
Pan TheOrganizer do you recommend getting PPF? If so where should I go in Maryland? How much should it cost? I am thinking about getting it on my new car next year to prevent paint chips.
Personally i dont have any other hobbies besides washing cars so I use the 16 bucket method with decreasing soap content in each. Generally after about 8 hours I'm finished a panel and ready to put the car back in the garage for the next day. A 2 week vacation from work is usually enough to detail my car.
How do you remove all of the old wax, I watched your video and you never really explained which part does that? Also how do you know all of the old wax is gone? Thanks alot man! Love your videos!
Hi Brad. There are many methods to remove (strip) old layers of waxes or paint sealants. You typically start with a pre-wash using a stripping soap, like Purple Power Vehicle and Boat Wash, which is alkaline based (pH 11). In the wash stage, you can use a stripping shampoo like Chemical Guys Clean Slate or Adam's Strip Wash. But the majority of the old layers of protection is removed during the paint polishing stages (compound and polish) as those are abrasives and remove a thin layer of clear coat as well. You know that all the old wax is gone when water doesn't bead on the paint anymore. If it just lays flat on the paint and sheets off very slowly, you know you have no protection left, and that's exactly what we want before applying ceramic coatings.
Pan, many thanks for your awesome videos. You are obviously not only an expert at detailing but also an expert at teaching. I like the way you simplify complex and sequential steps so newbies like me can understand. Question: I've been told Tesla's paint is not as hard as some other car makers. Would that change anything you teach about correcting paint defects?
Brilliant... you make it look easy. How long for the complete process? I can see that this process is something that you love. I am most appreciative that you provide a list of the products and where to purchase them... you've done all of the research and your sharing your knowledge with the rest of us so my sincere thanks!!

Hi Pan. Have a few questions. Just applied Cquartz UK 3.0 about 3 mo the ago and results are great. However, a rock chip hit my car the other day and left four tiny marks. They’re not deep, as most of the marks are hidden when wet, so I know hasn’t cut down through clear coat. But my question is: (1) Can I polish it out with regular compound/polish and a white/orange pad? I have Menzernas 1000/2400/3800 line and Chemical Guys V series. (2) And if so, do I need to redo the entire panel with Cquartz or can I just redo that one small section (about 6x6 in). The marks are on side of drivers door.

Great guide Pan, even 18 months later! The go to guide on YT when it comes to ceramic coating application. How would one get his hands on the pro grade coating? It's the same amount of work or is it? I'd rather have 6 years protection rather than 12-18 months. Thanks man!
Thanks! Only accredited professionals can get their hands on pro versions of coatings. You need to be certified by the brand that distributes the pro coatings. Plus most of them need infrared lamps to fully cure the product hence why they’re not available to the public.
Your videos are addictively good and thorough. A rare commodity these days. So glad you take the time to explain things as if you were the viewer. Aside, is there a particular polish and consumer grade DA polisher you recommend when tackling light to medium scratches prior to applying ceramic coatings. Thanks for the great videos.

Your videos are great and inspiring. 1) We have to work in small patches. Do we have to wait for some time before moving to another patch. What if one patch interlaps with another. 2) How many coats of ceramic coating has to be performed on a car. Like I've read base coat and top coat. 3) Is it the whole car where ceramic coating has to be applied or some parts have to be skipped. I hope you are generous enough to answer
You should have done two comparisons, one side by side (half the car hood with and half without) and a comparison before and after. I dont see any difference between a very shiny car and the same shiny car later.
I was just thinking this... the car was clean before, then a day later with all that effort the looks cleaner... I ain't knocking your video because its definitely easy to follow and explained so anyone can understand... but I would've liked to have seen a side by side comparison as well. I think its alot harder to see the car pop in that colour whereas black you would see the difference. Great video
You did an excellent job in this video! Super clean and shiny car! I was in the bathtub, minutes ago, and my body is naturally waxed or coated! There was a lot of water beading and sheeting! And water beading-sheeting! The beads were sheeting off! I deduce we're all naturally waxed or coated (in truth)

Pan, you are the best and your explanations are simply exquisite! Here's a small detail for newbies. I find that holding the suede cloth on the little block is the hardest part. You are no doubt used to it, but it's a pesky devil. I gather they use the suede cloth and block vs a sponge or micro fiber pad to minimize the amount absorbed, and greatly extending the effective coverage. ( no doubt a microfiber pad could absorb a whole bottle) Is there another kind of applicator that doesn't absorb lots, but which is easier to use? U r da man!

@@PanTheOrganizer Definitely a compliment. You have such a great personality. I discovered you via web search on car detailing, then again on ceramic coat application...but both web search.
Pan TheOrganizer I would actually recomend more time. It takes between 8-16 hours to correct a car in the right fashion to be a coatable surface. 4-5 hours leaves too much room for error and you’d simply be coating a panel with microscratches if that error is there.
Hey Pan, Great video like always. I'm planning on doing a 2 step paint correction followed by a CQuartz 3.0 ceramic coating. I've been detailing as a hobby for a couple years now but am completely trying something new when it comes to paint correction. Is there any specific compounds/polish you would recommend that wouldn't break the bank and is accessible in the Toronto areal? Also do you think 30mL bottle would be enough? Planning on getting a Griot's G9 polisher. I have a white Honda Accord Coupe with a good amount of swirls. Any advice/tips for my first time experiment would be great.
A tip I learned from a high end detailer is to use a mixture of different degreasers and tar remover at the same time and let it sit for a minute or 2 before washing car for a deeper clean then washing the car with 2 different washing mixtures can't remember the name on the product
Awesome! If you like car detailing (and electronics too) you will surely love my channel. Have you had a chance to look around at my videos? I have almost 300 videos, with new ones added each week. What country are you watching from? Hello from Canada!
First off I was super impressed with your video and subscribed to your channel. I just learned about ceramic coating and looking to do it on my car. My car isn't any special but I have been doing alot of work on it. I have painted my rims a textured paint. Then using the same paint around the bottom the car, bumper. Chromed my rotors, calipers, shoes, ect. It is only a 2008 Ford Focus but have been having fun trying to do some things to make it unique. Initially I tried to plexidip my rims because I have a friend who has it on their car and it looked great and seemed like lasted several years. I sanded my rims then tried the plexidip but was an epic fail. I absolutely love to detial my car right down to my engine and door jams, I don't mess around. It's funny because being a female I know about clay barring, which throws guys off. They figure what would a girl know about it but I am super thorugh to the point that I am almost OCD about it. I get people stopping me because of how the car looks. I want to ceramic coat my car especially before winter. I am in the Buffalo NY area and we get some crazy weather. There are some questions that I have and would love to get your advice and techniques tips. 1. Its fall here and temps are in the low 60's. What is the ideal temp or coolest temps that would be best?! 2. I recently clay barred my car about 2 months ago. I haven't driven it and has been in my garage. Do you think I should redo this step?? 3. From what I have seen the proper steps should be, wash, dry, polish, buff, spray the isopropyl alcohol then ceramic coat. (Hopefully I got that right) what type of polish is acceptable or what should I look for?? 4. I already put a coat of Migiures ceramic wax and buffed before I learned about coating. Should i do anything before I ceramic coat?? 5. Could you please tell me about ceramic boosters? How often to apply it? Could I use the current ceramic wax as a booster that could go on top of the coating? 6. Typically when you use those tiny bottles how long or how many times will it cover a vehicle? I think I covered all my questions and look forward to your responses! Thank you for helping me understand about ceramic coating and keep up the good work guys!

I'm very happy!
the best results that I have had was with the Magic Painter Method (just google it) definately the most useful course i've followed.
OK THANKS
I learned more about detailing from this 17 minute video than hours of other channels, wow. Thank you.
Thanks for that awesome comment! Much appreciated!

Pan, great job. I may go back to owning my rust buckets. Maintaining nice cars is expensive and time consuming. LOL great job!
Great to see someone just get to showing us what to do rather than brag up their product and bag the competitor. Well done, thanks for taking the time to post and explain.
Thanks for the positive feedback Peter!
I have been detailing for decades, before anyone called detailing and we laughed at the idea of paying someone to bring a car up to show condition… but I am learning so much from your channel on business, new products and tips/techniques… I am finally going to take the plunge and detail full time.

I use it on my teeth, for all the reasons you've described.
+amill1563

I've never applied it but my detailer has. Paint feels super smooth. How you say? Repel-a-vou ?
amill1563 That's a smart idea

+Tim datoolman
Hey thanks Tim!
Just to specify: this video wasn't sponsored. If it was, I would mention it at the beginning of the video. This video is all me. :)

Pan, great channel!!.... I used carpro essence on the weekend and found it left swirl marks in the paint... I corrected it with scholls s20 first and then tried the carpro essence and the gloss level went backwards... have you found this using that product?? almost all ceramic coatings are good, dont recommend chinese coatings or gyeon, gyeon i think is made by carpro too but they suck, they don't have chemical resistance like the other competitors, you should try 22ple vx3/vx1, gtechniq c1/c0v2/exo, koch chemie 1k nano(it has no hardness, but a ton of gloss, lasts long, and its cheap af), DON'T BUY CQUK if you're on hot climates! but the regular one! i struggled with uk so much, now i use vx3 from 22ple. looking forward to test vx1 it should be way better
Get the right product is paramount . Do yr research

Nobody has had a chance to test the long term durability of the 303 Touchless Sealant yet as it's a fairly new product.

I am surely not going to be doing this. Too much work and products to buy. Easier to get it done by a professional. But it was a very informative video indeed. Thank you kindly
Thanks for the feedback Kenny! How did you discover my channel?
This video is amazing it actually steps you through each step without confusion. Most people doing car wrapping and cleaning do it incorrectly.
Thanks for the positive feedback Keith!
LOL. Oh John. Are you feeling ok?
@@PanTheOrganizer thanks alot pan!
Thanks Gary! Softer paint is easier to correct through machine polishing, but also easier to scratch to start off with.

But my question is:
(1) Can I polish it out with regular compound/polish and a white/orange pad? I have Menzernas 1000/2400/3800 line and Chemical Guys V series.
(2) And if so, do I need to redo the entire panel with Cquartz or can I just redo that one small section (about 6x6 in). The marks are on side of drivers door.
Had my car detailed and now I'm here to get this products. Thank you so much

Great info - thanks. What product(s) did you use during the "buffering stage"? Looking forward to tackle my Black 05' Jag S-Type 4.2

Did you watch my follow-up video to this one showing how to do a maintenance wash on a ceramic coated car?
Here: ruclips.net/video/yLiePQRMFc8/видео.html
Your videos are great and inspiring.
1) We have to work in small patches. Do we have to wait for some time before moving to another patch. What if one patch interlaps with another.
2) How many coats of ceramic coating has to be performed on a car. Like I've read base coat and top coat.
3) Is it the whole car where ceramic coating has to be applied or some parts have to be skipped.
I hope you are generous enough to answer
You should have done two comparisons, one side by side (half the car hood with and half without) and a comparison before and after. I dont see any difference between a very shiny car and the same shiny car later.
It’s hard to tell the difference on camera.
Great video
@@gaaazaguly the look isnt really what makes ceramic what it is. Sure it might become alittler higher in gloss factor but I guess its like permanent.

( no doubt a microfiber pad could absorb a whole bottle)
Is there another kind of applicator that doesn't absorb lots, but which is easier to use?
U r da man!

You'll need 4-5 hours if you're doing paint correction too. But then you're protected for at least a year.
Pan TheOrganizer I would actually recomend more time. It takes between 8-16 hours to correct a car in the right fashion to be a coatable surface. 4-5 hours leaves too much room for error and you’d simply be coating a panel with microscratches if that error is there.
Tajj jjat looks a right mission and will cost a bomb
Pan TheOrganizer you’ll need 4 to 5 hours just to correctly claybar the car.
twohalos I think that's a bit OTT. Clay bar isn't that difficult to use. Just use a good amount of lubricant and u should be done in 30 mins max !
Yes a 30 ml bottle is enough for two coats on two cars.

@@PanTheOrganizer I was flipping videos looking for that information and i came across a catchy tittle. I was compelled to watched and enjoyed it.
Oh and what type of product should I use to wash my car with???
Detailed and informative 👍🏻
Thanks!
