    I’m working in rotational shift. every week I have to change my food intake time so I gained lots of fat around my belly I decided to reduce it and started working still continues the same. I lost 10kg in 2months. I have listed the details below which I used to follow may be this list will help for those who works in rotational shifts.
    A shift (6 AM to 2 PM)
    1. soaked almonds 4 pices at 7AM
    2. Idly/dosa/Pongal/ Upma/ semiya with one boiled egg around 8 AM
    3. lunch ( Full meal South Indian - chapathi( 1 no’s) rice ( very small amount) with kolambu or sambar, poriyal, rasam and curd - around 1:30 to 2 PM
    4. Peanut 20- 25 gram around 4:30 to 5 PM
    5. Boiled egg 2 no’s & 1 full cucumber & 1 carrot or any one fruit around 6:30 to 7PM. No food after 7PM only water.
    B shift ( 2PM to 10 PM)
    1. soaked almonds 4 pices around 9 to 9:30 AM
    2. Fruits (any one) around 11 to 11:30 AM
    3. Boiled egg 2 no’s or chicken or fish or seafood or beef & 1 full cucumber & 1 carrot or 1 fruit (any one) around 1 to 1:30 PM
    4. Sudal / peanut / pasipairu Aviyal around 4:30 to 5 PM
    5. Idly/dosa/chappathi/ rice(very little amount around around 7:30 to 8PM
    No food after 8PM only water
    C shift ( 10 PM to 6 AM)
    1. soaked almonds 4 pices around 1 PM
    2. Boiled egg 2 no’s or chicken or fish or seafood or beef & 1 full cucumber & 1 carrot or 1 fruit (any one) around 1:30 to 2:00 PM
    3. Peanut 20- 25 gram around 4:30 to 5 PM
    4. Chapathi 3 no’s around 9 to 9:30 PM. No food after 9PM only water.
