If you do it for the first time it will obv takes you a lot more time
Start by the oil and see if you can unscrew the drain plug first, mine was stucked and it took me a lot of effort

Can you specify which kind of oil filter you got for the kia rio? 26300-...?

Most cars have similar process, look at the engine, if it looks the same then yes. Just be sure to get correct oil for it.
