Crazy thing about this is Myles Kennedy (the lead vocalist) had bronchitis during this performance and still sang amazing. You should hear his range its incredible! Mark Tremonti was just named Guitarist of the Decade by Guitar World Magazine also! This whole band is incredible! You should check out Alter Bridge- Words Darker than their Wings live at the Royal Albert Hall ft the Parallex Orchestra youll get he hear a healthy Myles vocal range! It'll blow you away! Btw the Guitarist (Mark Tremonti) the drummer (Scott Phillips) and bass player (Brian Marshall) are all from the band Creed, they teamed up with vocalist Myles Kennedy back in 2004 and have been going strong ever since! Just putting out their 6th studio album last October! No joke these guys cannot write bad music! They deserve far far more recognition than they get, especially here in the states, they're huge over seas. But you guys should really check out Words Darker than their Wings!
Also, Myles considers himself foremost a guitarist, not a vocalist.

Yeah i've heard him say that he considers himself a guitarist that can sing rather than a singer that plays guitar. He was a guitar teacher when he was younger
I don't know why people keep reacting to the Wembley Version. The Amsterdam version is far superior.

Top 4 live vocalists in my mind:
Freddie Mercury of Queen, Steve Perry of Journey, Sebastian Bach of Skid Row, and the legend in this video. And Myles is climbing higher in my list with every live video of him I hear.
Myles is amazing. He does so many gigs from Alter Bridge to his solo tour (which I loved) and singing Axel's parts on a tour with Slash and many guest vocalist spots with David Draiman and Disturbed on the "The Sound of Silence." That's a lot of aces in his deck. AB is my favorite though and agreed, Myles is a legend.

Catch it early. I've seen 6-8 reaction channels watch it and have to delete it within a day (or even hours) for copyright reasons. Even a big voice coach channel here on RUclips had to take it down (as well as a Myles solo performance a while later). I don't know why that specific song keeps getting dinged as there are other songs from that same performance that have no problems.

It's almost on the level of this Alter Bridge song, as far as intensity and getting emotion, even out of his guitar.
This was named top guitar solo of all time... Myles starting it, and Mark finishing it.

Myles Kennedy from Spokane Wa. Myles started off in a local band called The Mayfield Four. They put out 2 albums and toured all over the U.S. He still performs Mayfield Four songs here and there.

Was never a big alterbridge fan until i started hearing Myles's collaborations with Slash. Re-opened my eyes and I'm glad I gave them another shot and also glad that react videos like this are constantly introducing new people to them.

I'll always know Myles as Thor...God of Thunder from the movie Rock Star. He's the guy from the audience that took over the convert at the end when Mark went for a walk. This one has the nice dedication and beatles blackbird opening. Plus this video looks better. He is a bit congested- but kills it anyways!
The Amsterdam video he is a bit more animated on stage and his voice is rawer. Listen to older videos (2004 to 2006ish ) and you see an even wilder performer than Myles became. But his voice isn’t as consistent yet - he definitely got alot of training since then and has improved his performance voice control and quality with age - even if he’s not nearly as animated anymore…
Its does amaze me all these reactors use the Wembley show it is well known on here that Myles was sick and not at his very best. Amsterdam performance was a much better performance to react to.

Miles Kennedy is one of the greatest he's really nice dude as well but man imagine if you Slash and Miles Kennedy together man talking about epic I toured together I think almost a year I haven't seen them live I wish I did but I heard it was awesome

What I really, REALLY, don’t get, is the swaying. I’ve been around a lot of people hearing music for the first time, and almost none of them sway the way you two do. It’s almost like watching a visual representation of a metronome. Your facial expressions and verbal bits match real reactions, but I swear it’s like you both get together before turning on the camera and say to each other “don’t forget to stop swaying back and forth”. It’s very jarring and makes me think at least some portion of this isn’t genuine, which is disappointing since it’s obvious everyone that appears here is a real music lover. I mean, the swaying begins even before the actual music starts in an overwhelming number of videos. I’ll keep watching because you guys have an honest heart when listening to new music, I just wish you could let your bodies do what they would do naturally rather than mimicking a set of Newton’s Pendulum balls.
