Was shocked about my healing speed and reflexes, he told my I have super powers. Oh and I had a near death experience from my accident.

However over time he began to lose that ability which lead to his second go at the Weapon X program which returned his ability to regenerate limbs only for him to lose it again shortly afterwards. Pick up Deadpool Classic Volumes 1-7 and catch up on GOOD Deadpool before he got whored out to newer younger generations.

One thing I like about Deadpool is he is somewhat realistic (well at least to the extent that Spiderman is realistic). An animal known as a flatworm can regenerate its entire body from a single cell, and it can do it in a week or two, making the worm nearly immortal by age and physically. If a human had those abilities, they could regenerate a limb in a day or two, and possibly speed it up to a few hours with nanotechnology (though you would need material for the limb, which may mean you couldn't do it faster unless you tried to reattach the limb). Plus genetic engineering is totally skillz.
So deadpool really doesn't have any weaknesses, vulnerabilities, or anything? I just got introduced to him, I really love how zany and off-the-wall he is, but shouldn't they have at least given him some kinda flaw? Superman has kryptonite, green lantern's gotta keep his ring charged like a cell phone, which I assume at least once has ran outta battery at a time where he did not want it to run out. A lot of superheroes as long as you came up behind them with a gun and shot them in their brain stem, they're dead. No, you're wrong, Deadpool CAN die. The Thanos curse was so long ago. That was during the Joe Kelly timeline which I doubt most of today's fans even know about (yet they know about the curse, funny). Sorry to say it but it wont, his healing factor was severely damaged in a battle with sirens uncle black jack. For a short period of time he completely lost it until Killebrew helped him regain it to make amends for torturing him in weapon x.

If a human had those abilities, they could regenerate a limb in a day or two, and possibly speed it up to a few hours with nanotechnology (though you would need material for the limb, which may mean you couldn't do it faster unless you tried to reattach the limb). So deadpool really doesn't have any weaknesses, vulnerabilities, or anything? I just got introduced to him, I really love how zany and off-the-wall he is, but shouldn't they have at least given him some kinda flaw? Superman has kryptonite, green lantern's gotta keep his ring charged like a cell phone, which I assume at least once has ran outta battery at a time where he did not want it to run out. A lot of superheroes as long as you came up behind them with a gun and shot them in their brain stem, they're dead. I know that won't happen with deadpool but still, really a completely bulletproof, no way you can kill me(though not that you'd want to) comic book hero?

They believe that "Superhero" (Deadpool isn't really a hero) movies do much better when they are able to pull off a PG-13 rating. But we all know that a PG-13 rating just would not show the true Deadpool. I hope that someday they realize a Deadpool movie will profit regardless!

No, you're wrong, Deadpool CAN die. The Thanos curse was so long ago. That was during the Joe Kelly timeline which I doubt most of today's fans even know about (yet they know about the curse, funny).
Just read most of today's DP books. Writers barely acknowledge most of the events from the Joe Kelly run anymore. Most of Deadpool's origins have been fucked up by Daniel Way and his bullshit stories. The Thanos curse has never even been mentioned at all ever since.

Sorry to say it but it wont, his healing factor was severely damaged in a battle with sirens uncle black jack. For a short period of time he completely lost it until Killebrew helped him regain it to make amends for torturing him in weapon x.

That's why he kept pissing off Jax until he killed Worm. He wanted Jax to kill him. But the death of Worm kept him from dying. Revenge. Death was mad at him for missing their date.

I can't stand these people bitching that "you can never take Deadpool seriously", that's part of the character's charm. He is constantly talking to the reader making jokes about serious things that are happening in his stories, and he still remains a funny, sarcastic bastard and we all love him.
