Someone should really raise voice about this. Having a notice period of 90 days in their company and expecting others to join their own company in 45 days is a big scam. If you don't serve the 90 days period (say you stayed in the company for 60 days) you will have to pay the fine. This is really a trap
Best way to do is to first make a change in your personality and be strong headed... Resign....then, and then follow it with conviction....if you r talented... You will get an offer with in 1 month or max in 45 days... If you doubt yourself then stick to the company.
Trust me conviction is what we all need coz it's a strong decision..and u will see how this notice period 90 days is going to be peanut 🥜 for you.... I have did it myself and benefited... 🚀

Bhai I am from Aviation field with around 09 years of exp. & I have joined Accenture on 22nd Sept. 2021 with 9.84 LPA as Sr. Analyst 10.2 level,
I have few questions:
1. Is it safe to continue with Accenture as I am not from IT bckground.
2. When i will get appraisal?
3. My variable pay is 1.7 Lacs, how much amount i can get in approx. as my performance is good but due to Bangali politics i have been allocated more work and i have to wrk feom 9: 30 to 10 or sometimes 11 pm and Due to Bengali politics I used to report to one Bengali Analyst.. He is allocating me work
4. Is there any future growth as I have MBA (Supply chain) + Btech Aeronautical.

what if we say official notice period as 2 months and later when we get the offer, reveal as 90 days? any suggestions? because 90 days batate hi interview schedule nhi hota

@@Anonymous-nn1iz It all depends on your project bro. If you get any burning project then it will be lil hard to get time. I have seen many freshers as well who did not even get any project after completing 1 year.
But in general Accenture will be good option.

this is VERY VERY VERY CHEAP ...and everyone does the same in this Industry .... and HR people cannot identify 1 genuine person out of 100 as the rest 99 are CHEAP! EVERYBODY FROM ANDHRA / TELANGANA ALREADY KNOW THIS INFO FROM SCHOOL DAYS!
