I tried one trick, It took me 6 months, 3 Months I prepared made myself very good at Java and Selenium. Resigned without having an offer, now in this case I'm telling the truth to my future employer. This does work but make sure you have right experience and right knowledge. Whenever we upload (Serving Notice period) on naukri the HR immediately catches our profile. Even in interview we can explain why we resigned without any offer just by telling the truth but this requires lot of hard work and patience. Right now I'm serving notice period and I have more 30 days to go having three offers in hand. It really depends on how you convince the HR that's all I learnt

In initial recruiter will call you and ask what is your official NP, if we say 60 to 75 days then they came to know it will be more than 2 months or equal to 3 months. This stage only they won't intrest for interview.

Not the best explanation rahul you’re saying 75 days but nowadays Recuiter is not even waiting for 45 days . They filter out only basis of 15-30 days . Your trick will fail in majority of the cases.

Rahul, this won't work, this is only works when you have references, the companies are only looking for for immediate joiners nd max 15 to 30 days. If you keep 75 days you won't get even one call. The market is having a such a urgency.

Companies want resources early and don't leave resources with in notice period.
All companies should have rule that notice period maximum 2 months.

@@rajeshpolishetty2911 this rule should be made by govt. then only it will be handled else now they will start giving 6 month notice 😂

Now days it is open exploitation everybody knows about it how employee will handle or hr will handle or management will handle .
You can die because of your medical urgency but company will not decrease your notice period.
Only one solution all company should implement same notice period policy that's it.

Your explanation is good but there are some companies who cancel the offer if you are not able to join as per the date mentioned in offer letter. The trick which you suggested is nothing new and most of the HR recruiters are aware about this trick. I am saying this because I have gone through such conditions
