I dont know how come people dont find an issue while working for more than the required hours. This company sucks the life of a person..i have been for an year and I cant tell what the hell of a life it has become. Toxicity is everywhere. I have been asked to work on weekends didn't even got paid for my shift for few days and when raised voice I got a return back bad treatment. Manager scolding like anything. Working for more than 12 hrs everyday. 😞

no impact of your grade on your promotion. Promotion depends on your performance in your project. Also all the fresher are eligible for promotion after 1.5 years by default

This type of behaviour is not only with Accenture but all the MNCs. If they need you then they will call otherwise no communication. You can't do anything just move on and apply for other companies

Workload will be higher in persistent compared to Accenture. If you love coding then you should be joining Persistent only.
