Roof Rafters are normally at 24" on center. Love the view of your property from the roof! Roof mount is best for getting above trees. We are in the desert so ground mounting on metal tubes with the top of the panels approx 6' off the ground is easier to install, clean, stage arrays to different directions to gather sun early and late in the day and easy to expand as necessary.
