You both are awesome. Thank you for this video! Have lumbar OA and have been learning to live with it. Life is not what it was but learning to embrace this new stage. Swimming is my physical and mental therapy. Thank you!

Alyssa, I had a hip replacement 4 3/4 months ago. I went to outpatient PT until my insurance coverage ended but my pt gave me a sheet of exercise that I do every morning. He thought I had some sciatica which I didn’t have before the thr. With doing all that I think I’m regressing and have some tingling in my foot as well. Overall tightness and aching on that side when I try to stand and get walking. The same Sid foot also has a terrible inside ankle ache that gets worse as I walk on it. I try walking out side but can’t go too far with the ankle pain. It’s complicated with scoliosis and stenosis but I didn’t have much back pain before the surgery. What can I do to help myself ? I love your videos and have added in your week knee exercises as well to my routine. Thank you

I've been having alot of these symptoms and just started having the pain more at the top 🙃 and I'm struggling with osteoarthritis in both hips and knees an one ankle an it all started in my lower back. But seems the more I try exercises I tend to make things worse 😭

I agree. I’ve had both hips replaced, and am waiting for a back-decompression for sciatica. My knees hurt a lot until I had my hips replaced.

Flexion and extension are a no no for me….spondy at L4/5 but horrible sciatic type symptoms. Cant even walk today…..(Labrum hip tears, meniscal tears). All old runner injuries, gym rat (CrossFit) at age 60 and now cant do anything. Grade II on spondy. Help???? Alyssa in your videos, do you ever go over a spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis??

What about the puppets on the string (moving properly through the feet) as to access the rest of the knee/hip structure !

How should one address sciatica originating from SI Joint issues that only arose after disc L3-L4 herniation? There is some arthritis in the joint. I've spent thousands on PT that has mainly focused on core, back, glute, abductor & adductor strengthening, but not beneficial movements. Help...
