90 percent of the world wants a family, wants kid(s). And 90 percent of the world want a good career too. Then how come it's possible to make one person take care of family alone? One must sacrifice their dream to have a family. It's not only about finance. It's about what we want to do. Why not both the parent do a work life balanced job? Why not parents go to job when kids are at school and each parent take turns to return early. Why not seek help for cooking and cleaning and give employment to someone else. Why should one be at home when their parents and teachers and whole society raised them to contribute to this world. It's the silliest argument.

I agree the point that some one should stay in home and taking care of kids. But, exchanging of roles requires attitude change, life style change etc.,that's big and difficult. You can do cooking, washing, cleaning home etc. As a man you have to be prepared for below questions.how do you react when your kid does not listen your words?, how do you handle your anger with kids,? How do you handle your family relationship? How do you feel spending money from allyour wife's salary? How do you react when your kids compare you with other father's?How do you react attending family functions ?
