we're back with another vlog and i'm so happy to be back home in Los Angeles. i hope this vlog reminds you that it's ok to take a break from your daily routine and pick things back up when you feel the most ready.
I's ok to fall off. give yourself some grace as life already feels extremely hard at times. i'm happy to be getting back on my strength training journey, eating healthier, waking up at 5am and finding my groove again.
Also, am I the only one who feels like THAT GIRL when they get a silk press?! Like the silk is SILKING okay?! lollol!
Here's to spending my first Christmas alone and getting my first real Christmas tree. I'm so, so excited to decorate and get into the holiday spirit!

Respectfully you don’t need an energy drink Hun 🤣🤣. I literally have to turn down the volume when you’re in hype mode 🤣. Actually, have you ever considered putting your name on a matcha or energy drink? Could be something for you. Loved the moto ‘slay the fkg day’!!! Not sure if you’ve made the decision on LA but I actually think something to force your decision might help. It’s definitely the territory of taking a leap of faith and feeling that fear and doing it anyway. The next move doesn't have to be permanent, perfect or right so maybe you’re caught in indecision and procrastination because a part of you wants it to be ‘right right’ if that makes sense? Anyway, hope you’ve gotten more clarity since this. Oh - whats the song with the Jaheim sample pls?
