We’re three months into the new year 🎉. How’s 2023 been treating you so far? So far, this year is still feeling really great, despite a few emotionally low days but we expected that!
Anywho, I’m excited to really work towards my body (booty) goals this year. Not only do we want the phat booty, but we want the strong back to match, lollol. It felt really good to share with friends what our New Years’ goals are over brunch so that we can hold each other accountable throughout the year.
Also, after my new year’s celebration, I am strongly reconsidering how much alcohol I consume, especially as I have certain body goals to hit by the end of the year. Not only that, but because I do workout a lot and pay closer attention to my diet, alcohol just makes my body feel hella bloated and lethargic-every time!
I’m so sad that my boo Kaleb is leaving us for Dallas, but now that just gives me a reason to dip out of LA whenever I need a break and I love that :)
