we're back from colorado and it's amazing how i still have such this radiant glow going on. at this point, i'm going to need a quarterly trip there! this week i've just been easing into my day to day routine and getting back into my creative bag and sharing more content. lots of solo coffee shop work sessions, late night and early morning gym sessions, meal prepping and of course matcha!
i am sooooo excited and grateful to be about to source a video editor to help take some work off my plate, because babyyyyyy, i am one woman. i cannot and i refuse to keep doing it all. nor, do i want to experience burn out and fatigue like i did last year. this is both my growth and expansion year and i'm so excited about it.

I love this, I have been practicing abstinence for the past year and figuring out my relationship with God. Even when dating I choose to be mindful of letting that person know upfront. It seems dating or even talking to someone is always hyper sexual. You not drinking is also my next step, not judging anyone, but I feel like when I go out with ppl, it’s liquor liquor liquor in order for folks to “enjoy” themselves.
I feel like it's overrated at times. Everything is sex, sex, sex.

I’ve been doing dry January and I’ve been out a few times and I don’t even miss the liquor. I see myself still having a good time without it. Plus I wake up the next day feeling great with much more energy
Yeah! That alcohol is horrible for the body and it makes you fat!

Just going off the title. I been abstinence for about 6 months or more. Very pleased with myself. Putting God first and even getting closer to God. Let me add, loving on myself more and more.
Amani, L-Glutamine is good to restore the gut lining for leaky gut but won’t necessarily help with other issues. If you want to tackle the bloating it’s best to go to a functional medicine doctor or a holistic doctor to run some tests. Everyone is different and needs an individual approach.

Since my 20s I’ve always kept a skincare routine of cleanse, tone and moisturize morning and night with the occasional mask, etc. I also drink plenty of water and workout every day. I’m in my early 40s now and my skin has thanked me for taking care of it. Like you I also use inexpensive and expensive products on my skin. You like what you like and that’s what matters! Thank you for sharing your routine!!!

i have always loved woody scents and heavier sweet scents (Dior-Hypnotic Poision, Gucci Rush, Chanel COCO MADEMOISELLE , BOSS for Men, Givenchy Pi) over florals but i liked Lancome Miracle, Armani Aqua Di Gio, CK Truth , i cannot wear citrus anything. found this out around age 22 😊 Ive recently restocked the oldies to mix with the newer scents and a basic oud. Nuud is my absolute favorite aluminum-free deodorant!! I've tried darn near everything on the market. So far no other deodorant has worked for me but nuud is great and lasts for 3-4 days for me (coming from a girlie who had to reapply every 8 hours with other deodorants in the past 😅)

Oily skin girlies have to wear more moisture, which seems like the opposite! I used to have oily skin until I started focusing on double moisturizing and now my skin doesn’t have to produce excess oil ❤
