- hey boos. it's been a while and i really needed to take some time to reflect on my energy and how i can show up as my whole self versus this one dimensional being who only showcases the 'not so good' in my life. i guess that's what happens when feelings of sadness just feel so much louder than joy.
currently, i'm still in a rough patch, but i'm doing what i can each day to stay afloat. it felt really good to get back to vlogging, so i hope you enjoy. let's chat in the comments!

“I guess that’s what happens when feelings of sadness just feel so much louder than joy.” You said a word! Sometimes I can become fixated on the monotony and negative feelings of my days as well.. I’ll hit these rough patches of stagnancy where I feel depleted of energy to do my chores or go out for some fun/socialize w/ the way my anxiety is and it can make me feel at times helpless and cause these depressive episodes even though I knw its the ebbs and flows of life, spiritual karma and that things will get better as long as I personally stay on my spiritual health that involves the veneration of my spirits etc. Life beyond the rough patches will always get better. Your honesty and candidness about feelings of loneliness, sadness and persisting thru it in the form of still trying to show up for yourself is much appreciated, relatable and admirable 🥺🙏🏽
Life ain’t easy and it can b a drag at times...but community and the knowledge that you ain’t alone in these growing pains makes it better and you certainly have a community here 💛
girl yes. i feel you so so much. i feel like we're all going through it, but i'm trying to learn how to see beyond the negativity or not so pretty moments of my life bc i have so much more to celebrate snd look forward to. the hard part is just not getting stuck there for too too long. the growing pains are so hard and there's so much i'm discovering about myself or never knew how to manage on my own. it feels overwhelming at times, but we gotta keep pushing through and find one little reason to hold on.💖 community is everything in holding me accountable and uplifting me just when i need it. so grateful for y'all!
