this week has been a rough one and I'm really happy i was able to pull it together. What brought me joy was taking the time out to pour into myself some evenings, put together some of my bedroom decor and get outside as much as i could.

Auntie here. I’m so proud of you for expressing how you feel. Believe it or not, it was probably good for your mental health and your audience’s because sometimes people may get the idea that content creators “have it easy” and this shows that’s not the case. We all struggle to find balance. It’s also probably an indication that your channel is kind of blowing up so clearly which means you have done your job well. My advice is: consider you first. Write down the things that you need to feel balanced and happy and then work around it. When you feel it’s becoming too much, take a 45 minute walk when you can, call a buddy, etc. You can also say no. You know why? Because there will be other jobs.If you can’t do it, it’s ok to say so. It is also ok to ask for help. You may want to consider a part- time intern/ assistant ( can be unpaid). I’m sure there are folks out there who may be willing to do a part time internship to learn about becoming an influencer or making a living using social media. And there is nothing wrong with crying, in fact it is a release we all need. We love you and want your mental health to be good. Be blessed honey girl.

This is for my sisters in their 20s, 30s are not the time to rest. Enjoy your life NOW and ALWAYS no matter what age you are. Don't stress yall selves out trying to rest in your 30s, you have your 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and above for that.

The same shit you're doing in your 20s is the same shit you'll be doing in your 30s, just with more self-realization and maturity (hopefully).
I was saying don't overstress yourself working extra hard because you feel as though 30s is some sort of retirement time because thats not real life. But by all means, stress yall selves out silly huns.

New subbie here! I just want to hug you and give you encouragement! I have a 24 y/o son and I am glad the younger generation is recognizing the signs of burnout earlier in life! My son lives overseas and has his own life/career, but I stress the importance of breaks/vacay/sick leave/therapy etc. Its so important! I too try to live by these same words. I get it, I’m dealing with issues with my kids, going through a divorce and having my mom pass this past April and then selling the house (court ordered), moving and now unpacking and working my job it’s sooooo much!!! And not to mention having family pressuring me with moms legal affairs…..it’s a lot!

Meltdowns are good for the soul. I’m learning to live by myself and it is challenging. I’m much older than you and God has blessed me with a beautiful fulfilling life. I have grown children and now my grands are growing up as well. My hubby died after 51 beautiful years. If I were to include our High School and College dating years; we were blessed with 58 beautiful years together. Continue to embrace life and have those meltdowns will eventually work out. First I wanna say its ok to not be ok and your not alone! I had a thought when you were talking about living your best life and wanting to do more for yourself and make better memories and so on.. I think you definitely should get some help whether it be an editor or even a manager if you dont have one. Also allowing other people to help you in other aspects of your life which you might do already but I wanted to say it just in case. But lastly…I see a lot of living alone diaries and their great! But maybe transition to doing vlogs that showcase you practicing the things that your missing…cooking more, having fun and going out. And also dont stay in your apartment love go find a place to go edit and work with lots of people watching and what not. Girl I feel u! I’m older than u but I understand not having a life due to work. I left a good paying career, yet very distressful job, for a less paying. I did that to have a life! But now my pockets are lower and I’m depleting my savings. I have a side hustle that I would like to capitalize on. Yeah it’s an emotional journey, especially living a lone.

Awww babes create balance I'm currently 29 and I'm just now understanding rest is just as productive if not more in some cases. Retrograde is retrograding for sure keep that in mind it's just helping you accept and release that is all.
