- hey boos 🫶🏾,
one of the best ways i've been romanticizing my life is with early morning jazz showers. the moment, that miles davis song comes on shuffle, i feel like i'm the main character in my own romance novel lolll. you should definitely try incorporating jazz or classical music into your day for some calm moments.
but also, i'm so happy to get back on my girl girl grind! it's been at least 2 months since i've been in the gym between the move and transition. i know i've gained a few pounds, but i want to make sure that as i restart my fitness journey again, it's not all about vanity and really learning to build discipline and more self-confidence.
let's get into these rose quartz marble nails y'all! it's been so long since i've found a nail artist who knows how to design nails without me having to correct them or sit in the chair for hours trying to get it right-shout out to Kate! it gets better though. the silk press? yes! shout out to natural hair stylists, which were far and few between in LA. i love this for me!
clearly, our girl SZA has been vibing with me bc everywhere i went, we was jamming together loll. i had so much fun at the wine party and would love to host my own! loved this concept.

Water intake tips!!
- Always drink a glass soon as you wake up
- Challenge yourself in order to drink your matcha or fav drink you have to drink a glass of water
Start small and increase overtime don’t say you going to drink a gallon a day before getting comfortable with drinking a half consistently. Focus on building the habit. A consistent habit can be improved but without consistency you have nothing to build on. Hope this helps boo 💋

Love your Sunday vlog!! The best help for me with increasing water intake is carrying the bottle everywhere I go-literally everywhere. Also buying the bottles that are time stamped are helpful as well because then you can track how much water you’re drinking according to the times to make sure you’re hitting the goal!

For the water tip, start drinking first thing in the morning. I know that seems obvious but it gets you in the right mindset and honestly, going through the day you find yourself sipping without even realizing it! I try to drink 3 of my 40oz bottle per day and I try to get the first one done by noon.

Water tip: make it like a game. I just put a tally on the board every time I finish a glass/bottle. Setting a goal.
But if you are eating a lot if water based fruits you don't really need to worry about being hydrated (watermelon, melons, berries, cucumbers, kiwi, citrus)
