  • Full cold-start video of my 1980 GMC C15 #Stepside #Squarebody #Truck with a #Chevy 350 #smallblock V8 engine, headers and #Flowmaster mufflers. Outside temperature was around 0 °C (Celcius).
Also something to note around Wrench At Home: this channel is for my own entertainment and my videos are not meant as tutorials. My channel is just a documentation of me working on my own personal car(s) and I can't give any guarantees that the things I do will work for your particular car.
I am just a normal guy and by no means a trained mechanic (I design and build websites for a living). I try to do things myself while figuring out 'the how' with a little help from the internet. Please put any tips, pointers or extra info you can share with me in the comments of this video.
I hope you enjoy this video and if you do, please like the video and subscribe, it really helps out the channel. Thanks!

Wow man!!! Im not sure how cold it is there but that seems like a TON of fighting to start and run! My 78, here in PA, (the states) in the dead of winter only takes 1 pedal pump and like a crank and a half to start! I have a cold start vid if you wanta hit my channel and see. BTW im 78C10BigTen on GMSB.

Lol, yeah this was filmed during winter time, but she always takes a while to start up, especially when she has been sitting for a while. I think it’s mainly carburetor and/or fuel pump related. Thanks!
