ALSO just want to point out that a flambé only burns off around 25% of the alcohol - important to know for ppl with alcohol sensitivities (&/or sensitive medication).
You can also make all sorts of breads in a rice cooker!
There's not enough alcohol for you're body to notice, even someone with liver issues I'd think as the amount is greatly diluted by the food and there's only gonna be at most a cup in any given dish. Unless you somehow actually have allergic reactions to alcohol,you should be good

That being said if you've eaten wild mushrooms and feel like you're poisoned you should definitely call a doctor
