Suggestion for the toilet, center it between counter and wall, then add a bidet toilet seat, heated, all the rage!
A bidet! Gosh, I’ve seen them but never tried one before.

I think you need 36 inches for a toilet, look up building codes, house looks great, you sound so excited!
