I fixed it by buying a bootable windows 10 usb installer and installed a new operating system since I can't use my old operating system since it was invaded by a virus. I lost all of my files in the process but i got to use my laptop again. What I learned from this is that malwares are a real deal and they could attack your device at any moment so always, ALWAYS, make sure that your virus defenders are on, you have at least one anti virus sofware, etc.

@@jagapathipaluri2059 I was able to fix my PC by making a USB bootable pen drive and formatting my PC through it. Its the only successful way that helped me get my PC back.

Everything tried we I'll usually fail unless you rebuild the bdso. Microsoft is stupid not to create a mandatory backup in windows to get around this crap. To be honest errors like this should have been addressed and removed they've had since windows 8 to solve this now we're up to 11 and still this shit hasn't been fixed the prevent this from happening because windows is just stupid. No serious windows should have a secure backup when it's installed that can't be overwritten by this type of error which can automatically rebuild the registry and bdso and get windows working again this shit is unexceptable to get a error condition where none of the recovery tools work at all. What's the damn point of the recovery of it doesn't work and this error is the most the common so with the most common error recovery recovery useless and often the cmd prompt and safe mode. So either you get lucky and rebuild the bdso and system files in the cmd prompt or you end up having to purchase from Microsoft of course a windows flash drive now how convieant for them to get another sale from you over something that's not in their beat interest to fix in windows otherwise they lose sales on windows flash drives do it's better for them this error stays in windows lovki.g up your pc so they can get more of your money to fix it. No really if enough users gave the level of scathing criticism I just gave here they would probably fix it fearing they might lose sales if the criticism was loud enough to make negative impacting news putting them under bright spotlight they would be forced fix it. This unexceptable Microsoft I had.my pc two weeks brand new lenovo laptop no viruses in the last two scans none of the programs I installed should be a problem because they work fine in windows 10 so I know for a fact they are virus free. Just no damn reason for this bullshit. I believe an old program caused a graphics driver fault running truespace3 which did install and run with no apparent issues but when I took the program into an intensive graphics mode that's when this fucking error happened. The graphics mode switches the scene from wire frame to solid view it's possible this may have called on an old graphics driver that installed with the program for an earlier version of windows incompatible with my graphics card which threw the pc into this freaking error and the usual fixes didn't work and everything in the recovery menue is locked up including reinstalling windows which is just totally stupid.

Sorry, I had to reinstall windows. New windows 10 does not keep backup files. But you can create a restore point, after reinstalling.
