    I tried a lot of videos but this target the spot in my upper back between the shoulder blade and neck and spine once I put my arm lower it got intense it hit the spot I can feel some relief thank u.

    This is my fav upper body stretch. I'm at the point where I roll completely on my side, opposite leg crossing the other with that foot flat on the floor and wrapping my other arm behind my back while holding it for 2-3 minutes. It hurts to watch if you're not as flexible LOL

    Honest truth, this is one of the basic stretches they give people for physical therapy. Its all over RUclips, too. Except, you made it more complicated then it needs to be. You can do this stretch STANDING, all you need is a door way.

      @@balkankidineurope I dont know the name, but all you need to is stand in a doorway with space on the outsides to put your fore arm on the outside of the door frame.
      Look up shoulder tendonitis stretches, this is one of them
