Incredible (as usual). Tempo a bit more rapid than I usually see it done, or have done; but, the piece is incredible in itself and stands to many interpretations. I've actually been awaiting the time you would perform it for us and was not disappointed in the least. [And please don't take this wrong; but, I was even pleased to see you use the sheet music. We haven't seen that before and it connects those of us who truly understand what it takes (i.e. what you have gone through) to perform as you do - even if you do try to make us believe it's so effortless]. Please keep this up, for at least a little while more, there are those of us who have begun waiting for and anticipating each new posting.
The singing was, of course, wonderful, but being an accompanist, Mate, needs accuracy, sensitivity and empathy which your incredible skills and God-given talent were displayed in huge amounts just like the virtuoso you are. The lightness of your touch and the way your body seems to feel the music from fingers to what I presume are your toes is unique! My daily search for Balogh brothers musical magic gives me a spiritual boost that I cannot describe. Thank you. And don't stop - Lol! Rob
What a lot of people don’t realise is the musician has to follow the singer, with their pauses, changes in tempo etc. He seems to have that nailed down, as the singers changes were very subtle.

Hm... Kotta ide vagy oda, komolyan mondom, egészen összeszokott páros vagytok már! :) A kottáról jut eszembe egy vidám történet, rég megboldogult gimis koromból. Hadd meséljem el röviden! Tagja voltam az egyetem kórusával gyakran együtt fellépő gyakorló gimnáziumi énekkarnak. Egy alkalommal kortárs szerző elég nehéz darabját próbálgattuk, és a közepe táján csúnyán elrontottuk. A temperamentumos, nagyhangú karnagyunk azonnal leintette a káoszba forduló, szétcsúszó futamot, és ezt mondta: "Srácok, annyira profik vagytok, hogy már a kotta sem zavar benneteket! Fantasztikus volt, s ha az előadáson is így szól, garantálom, hogy az aula nézőterén szék nem marad szárazon! Érdekes ez a rögtönzött átirat, de azért, a szerző iránti tiszteletből, most csináljuk meg az eredetit! Mit szóltok?" Semmit se szóltunk, mert dőltünk a nevetéstől. Aztán összeszedtük magunkat, nekifeszültünk, és láss csodát, megszólalt az eredeti mű! Nem is rosszul, s ezt nemcsak hallottuk, hanem onnan is tudtuk, hogy a karnagyunk lelkesen dirigálta végig, megállás nélkül. Bocs a hosszúkás sztoriért, de valahogy kikívánkozott belőlem. Azért, hasznos portéka, csak kell az a kotta is néha, nincs mese. ;)
@@AdamandMateBalogh Igen, az az igazi, amikor már életre kel a darab az előadóban, és szinte a személyisége részévé lesz, legalábbis az előadás idejére. Olyankor már akár zavarhatja is a kotta az önálló életre vágyó, hiteles, mégis egyedi interpretációt. Itt azonban ilyesminek semmi jele nem volt, kottából is színvonalasra sikerült mindkét fél részéről a kooperáció. :)
