Interesting, never thought to have eggs and chorizo this way will try, my wife and I love to cook so we don't eat out much but when we do (breakfast) it's chorizo and eggs for me 99% of the time.
You'll definitely love this, then. It's SO good! Just be sure to use good quality parchment paper. I recently made the mistake of buying parchment paper from the dollar store and everything sticks to it.

Philadelphia has a jalapeño cream cheese that is pretty good, and this seems like some jalapeño jelly on the side or heated and drizzled over top would work well also

Ok Marcy, I made it! The 1st one I did I followed ur recipe. I made it for my neighbors as a thank you for their help. They LOVED it! They make chorizo all the time but never had it like this. Needless to say…it impressed them. 😁 I decided to make it again yesterday, but a smaller version so I could try it. I put tiny cubed potatoes in instead of the French bread. My husband took 1/2 to wrk this morning & shared it w/ a co-worker. The co- wk’r said “why she love you so much??”😂 I make all kinds of things & my husband shares w/ this particular friend. But he too LOVED it!! This roll is theeee best!! Thank you again for sharing! 🎉❤
I’d probably scatter some green chilies, (from the can), over the cream cheese, before rolling it up! (However , the people eating it need to be able to handle the heat from the combination of chorizo ad chilies!)

I dont have choriso in my country and also we being muslims dont take pork so what is the alternative of it
Thanks for watching. I would look for an all-beef sausage, or as someone else just commented, there is a "soyrizo" made from soy. Hope this helps.
