In English it's called Dowager's hump as generally elderly ladies get this condition. I have been noticing it, I am 54, have an old whip-lash & my neck is "too straight" & too much time sitting due to back pain, & I have put on weight the past few years. Trying to move more & find appropriate exercises ~ Thank you so much 🎉❤
