And it tells me to find another transfer shift but when I go yo close the request it tells me its under review. So I wanted to know is it under review or gone ? Should I close it and cancel it since it says on the title it no longer exist or does it not exist because its under review ? I would say, once the desired shifts becomes available grab it right away as it is first come first serve basis. But if no luck, you will still have a shifts to work for that week. They’re always work for you and your fiancé. Thanks for watching.
It was my first time as a FlexRT employee. I already got one point for a partial shift. Monday, Dec. 26, I did a 7:15p-12:15a shift. Then I had a 12:45a-5:45a shift scheduled. However, I left after 12:15a because I thought I only had a 5 hour shift. But turns out, I was supposed to wait and clock back in at 12:45a. Question, so when does the work week stop and end for me? At my FC, we get paid every Friday and the new shifts are posted Friday at noon as well. I just need help with making my schedule.
Isn’t it sad we have to ask the internet these questions because Amazon is so damn disorganized they don’t tell you anything? You literally have to learn as you go and managers are clueless too.

ambassador training is like the process you are doing rn. You have to share and impart your knowledge to the new hire associates about the process which ever department it will be.

I’m still waiting on shopper position 757 available.😮At will to quit it at any time. They hired me in locker Charlottesville Va. it was almost 3 hours away. I stayed online for days . And out of the blue it popped up there. Then I switched to 757 position Grocery warehouse associate. I hope they open up Amazon go, or Amazon store in Hampton Roads. 😊

I see flex regular for (19h) does that mean a minimum of 19hrs or you can go more. I dont want to sign up if its just 19 which is an odd number in itself bc even if it surges its still not enough money for me. Its different when you have a really good paying main job then hou wouldnt care as much

I'm about to start working a flex schedule on 11/16, and in my paperwork it states that I have to work a minimum of 12 hours a month, to remain an Amazon employee. If you're working 120 hours a month/30 hours a week, how is that considered a flex shift? Yes, you're picking your own hours, but you're still made to work more than you probably want to with a flex shift.

when your on flex and crosstrained to the other department there’s a possibility that you will be working there, it all about the business needs. You and your manager knows when you will be working that day/week.

No. Atleast for me if I want to pick up a full day I have to pick up 7:30-11 11:30-3 and 3:30-6. The full time employees have a 10 hour day since their second break is on the clock where flex workers have to clock out in between shifts.

After Day1 what is the wait time before a flexPT associate can apply for transfer to flexFT? In the AtoZ app Transfer page, will the list of positions display as "flexFT" or will it only display as "flex?" Can the transfer application be cancelled at anytime and keep current position? When transferring, is the transfer process seamless & continuous so that there is no gap in between the paydays?

ambassador training is like the process you are doing rn. You have to share and impart your knowledge to the new hire associates about the process which ever department it will be.

hello there, I don’t really have a fixed schedule I just work whatever day and time that works for me that week. that’s interesting to know that u can work 7hrs/shift nice! nothing will happen if u reach the limit of at least 120hrs/mo. and as I mentioned in this video that yes you can work more than that. thanks for watching 😍
@@lovesue oh okay I don’t have a fixed schedule either but nights work best for me unfortunately lol yes well I pick double shifts to get 7 hour total but the shifts are 3:30 mins long . I can work whenever I want also . I was just so confused about the 120 hours a month thing lol thank you for clearing up for me 😊
I believe that the 120 hours is the minimum that is required per month.

@@lovesuelol they hired me back close to my house. But my account is stuck on order work shoes. I already received the first pair from the first time I was hired. I’m still waiting on shopper position 757 available.😮At will to quit it at any time. They hired me in locker Charlottesville Va. it was almost 3 hours away. I stayed online for days . And out of the blue it popped up there. Then I switched to 757 position Grocery warehouse associate. I hope they open up Amazon go, or Amazon store in Hampton Roads. 😊

I see flex regular for (19h) does that mean a minimum of 19hrs or you can go more. I dont want to sign up if its just 19 which is an odd number in itself bc even if it surges its still not enough money for me. Its different when you have a really good paying main job then hou wouldnt care as much
I’m on that and rn it says I can do up to 30
When I applied it said 19 hrs a week . I was told by trainer it’s usually 24 or 30 max for flex people unless there is no work available then it’s 19

For flex no, you don’t have to work those days if you dont want to.

I wont be able to flex if they going to give me fix schedule like what like i explain i work during.the days i wanna pick up my own schedu during night which is like 4hrs everyday. Insted like long hour uzually training days is what ur schedule everytime. Amazon just open one flex i was lucky i was sfill awake at 12 am to get flex seosonal.

I'm about to start working a flex schedule on 11/16, and in my paperwork it states that I have to work a minimum of 12 hours a month, to remain an Amazon employee. If you're working 120 hours a month/30 hours a week, how is that considered a flex shift? Yes, you're picking your own hours, but you're still made to work more than you probably want to with a flex shift.

I work flex also my warehouse requires 20 hours a month and I agree 30 hours a week is to much to be considered flex

Does anyone know when you work flex schedule, do you work at the same department? I'm a packer for singles full time. I don't want to do anything else
when your on flex and crosstrained to the other department there’s a possibility that you will be working there, it all about the business needs. You and your manager knows when you will be working that day/week.

yes you can! based on my experience every thursday is when the flex schedule become available for the following week.

When choosing the available shifts for the Flex schedule does the length of each shift allow you to gather a whole 10 hours per day (not just 9.5 hours per day) ?
No. Atleast for me if I want to pick up a full day I have to pick up 7:30-11 11:30-3 and 3:30-6. The full time employees have a 10 hour day since their second break is on the clock where flex workers have to clock out in between shifts.

That final shift should be made as 3 hours length instead of 2.5 hours so that the flex worker can total 10 hours per day.
After Day1 what is the wait time before a flexPT associate can apply for transfer to flexFT? In the AtoZ app Transfer page, will the list of positions display as "flexFT" or will it only display as "flex?" Can the transfer application be cancelled at anytime and keep current position? When transferring, is the transfer process seamless & continuous so that there is no gap in between the paydays?
@@totoroutes5389 yeah I agree with that and I think it’s after 30 days. I switched from a set schedule to flex and I had to go through HR to switch. So I’m not sure about that sorry
And yes the transfer can be seamless where you miss no work so therefore don’t miss any paychecks
