I just want you to know that I made this dish and it was delicious! Secondly, it was the first thing I made since returning to eating meat. I had this dish in a restaurant while visiting Cameroon. It was so flavorful. I was hoping to find a restaurant in the US that serves this dish but couldn't. I can't wait to try making this dish at home. I am sure it will remind me of the beautiful time I had touring this country.
