qué bonito! the drone shots of the town in the volcano at the end were amazing! Such beautiful places & people. One of the first scenes with your bike loaded up like it is & your jacket etc on there reminded me of the grinch's sleigh with all of that stuff crammed on it. Thank you for taking us with you on this adventure.

Lol you’re right I don’t like the cashew fruit, I didn’t tell them but it was way too bitter for me! I think they usually mix it with sugar and make a smoothie type of thing.
You have shown Panama to be such a beautiful place. Two questions, Why do you give yourself time constraints ? ie you didn't go for a swim because you wanted to go to another. Also if it's not too personal, are you a fruigivor? or do you eat other foods 😊
