What a sad comment, how could any 'masterpiece' compare to the natural beauty of this world? Paintings are nothing but an activity done by man to reproduce incredible originals.

It would be very interesting to see what this whole area looks like now. Perhaps in some future time someone will take videos of the same as this. Would be very interesting to see the drastic changes to the landscape. Thank you for your video.

I'm from the East Coast and have been to Yellowstone on vacation 4 times in the last 50 odd years. Always spectacular. First visit in '68 after getting out of the Army at Ft Lewis, Washington. Then again in '82, '87 & '91. Life is short, enjoy it while you can. Self employed, avid camper forever.

Thanks for showing us the falls, I remember the park when we traveled there during the wildfires. When we left California, there were no fire threat, but upon arriving the entrance was closed (thanks to lightning ignited fires), so we were forced to drive (at 13 years old is seemed like) hours to get the other entrance where we set up camp around midnight. Shortly after this, we were evacuated from our camp, and told where to relocate. What started as a trip in the wrong place at the wrong time, turned into sheer luck for the duration of our stay. Not only did we see elk, moose, herds of bison, and a momma grizzly with three cubs down in a meadow trying to flea, but each basin and feature we visited were consumed and closed by fire shortly after.
A couple years later we went back to see how the park was rebounding, despite evidence of fire throughout the park, we found new life in undergrowth and baby trees as well. The most memorable feature remained unchanged, Yellowstone Falls; which was the first place I tried to find when I heard about the floods hoping somebody would upload. These falls are incredible without floods, I could only imagine what they roared like now. Then, I found your upload! Thank you for sharing with us! Mother nature can take life in amazing forms, but is the supreme giver of life here on earth- it just takes time!
On a side note. . . what the heck happened to those beautiful pools in the terraces???

I agree and I wasn't the only one who concerned about it then. The underground heat must have involved since the outdoor temperature is not that quite hot.

Very nice to see the falls of Yellowstone until the disaster happens. I've been to Yellowstone National Park three times. Love the Park.

I have seen these rivers and waterfalls many times, but not under these conditions. This is how the landforms of the planet are shaped. Watch and enjoy!

It is a crazy thing to see since we have been there a few times the disaster is obvious and what happens to all of the fish and river creatures is a mystery. It seems as though there is more to come with this natural event.

Yes indeed. The land animals didn’t seem to mind it. They just go up higher on the mountain.
