- My explorations in Panama are coming to an end, explored another amazing watering hole, got caught in rain which created some STICKY MUD and of course I dropped the bike and got VERY dirty. Everyone around was quick and eager to lend a hand and I reflect on the feeling of receiving the power of kindness from the heart. Also, a little clue into the changing future of the vlog...

Great videos of the water park. It’s amazing how helpful the people were when you fell. I’ve also experienced the helpfulness of people after dropping the bike when you least expect it. Most people are always willing to help. Ride safe amiga.

Hi Tammy..thick mud is the worst on a bike..You did well to fall safely..There is an art to that..diving out the way before the bike ends up on top of you is a fine thing..glad you have that knack..what an awesome wild water park..looked like rush hour tho..Stay Safe and Happy Travels however you string all your plans together..Chepeau ✌️

Sometimes I forget to come back and drop you some love and encouragement but it doesn't mean I skipped the video or wasn't mesmerized by watching. You seem to be having fun and enjoying yourself while learning, and that's life's delight. Even taking setbacks in stride and just dealing, the best we can, while still being deeply grateful for all the amazing stuff. So I'm back to say hi while patiently awaiting the next report.
This one's the latest so it was an earlier one when I heard the faint voice of a lady say something like "metes la moto en barca y te vas en avión" and from then I knew you were looking to hop the gap. I hope that has gone well and you're finding an acceptable arrangement. In the "old days" you'd grab a stahlratte voyage and accompany your bike and party along the way. For a bit they had a ferry which took the Pacific side and that was very convenient, but didn't last. I've seen various ways travelers have accomplished it including containers and air freight. A couple crazy ones were Noraly in speedboats and Agustín in a helicopter. But it's always an ordeal no matter the solution. Once it's behind you it's open roads and wild trails galore.
As you've heard, Ecuador is going through a cleansing phase so you may want to make a deep dive around Colombia for a while. I expect Ecuador to make a comeback through this ordeal and to be awesome again once this settles down and the estado de excepción is relinquished. I can attest to Ecuador being amazing to explore with incredible costa, sierra, y oriente. Amazing roads and tracks through and between these regions and endless features of interest throughout. It's been affordable to explore with stays and food and fuel not breaking the bank. The people warm and inviting. The scenery breathtaking. I recommend taking all the time you can there and hit the roads less traveled. It doesn't disappoint and it doesn't get old. It's just that this moment in time isn't advisable, you will be asked for a criminal history report to enter during this phase, but Lord willing it will be ready to freely enjoy by the time you've covered Colombia.
