Hi, i removed the engine ecu & bracket, and took the alternator up along the firewall on the Giulietta 1.6. Then you don't need to touch engine mounts etc.😉
Hi, can I use the same method to remove the alternator on a 2.0 diesel engine? Is there anything else I need to remove besides the ECU and bracket, or is the method shown in the video the only way to do it?
I have only performed it on the 1.6. But it is easy to remove the ECU & bracket, so just remove them, and try if you can drible the new alternator down there, then you know if the old one goes up😅

I already had them out because of the timing belt replacement
