Hi mam. I had c-sec. It's 45 day now. Shall i start with these exercises? Its very simple. But 2nd one I'm not able to lift my legs due to pain in pelvic area.. feeling pain. But shal i keep trying or should I wait? Kindly advice. If i can do 1 st exercise also?
