Hi Deepa, senior citizens, i am doubt cant do all ur excercise. For me i cant sit in floor so diff.to do fsome . So suggest what can do instead of these.

After having thyroid on my body whatever I do my weight is not reduced n am fed up with those things. After seeing Ur excersise video my confident level increased.
