      Me too reduced 70 to 66 kg.. my 1 month will complete on this 8th.. now a days I'm not getting lazy for walking. I ve a new habit only because of your walking challenge

    Face/double chin & Arm/hand excercise - can be done by sitting also?? Or preferred to be in standing posture?? Kindly advise..

    Hi Deepa, senior citizens, i am doubt cant do all ur excercise. For me i cant sit in floor so diff.to do fsome . So suggest what can do instead of these.

    Thank u. U recall my expertise steps which I forgot so many years.many years before done all those excersise.n on normal weight. After having thyroid on my body whatever I do my weight is not reduced n am fed up with those things. After seeing Ur excersise video my confident level increased. Thank u for that.am I reduce the weight through doing these excersise b"cos I am having thyroid .Give me a reply.
