    Hello mam, i just tried second exercise . I had lower belly but after doing this second exercise all my lower belly pushed to middle part of my belly.. please help me out to get my old abdomen back. Im happy with my old posture but this middle new fat which became a problem.now .

      If Normal delivery, 3 weeks rest enough to get back to train! No problem with normal delivery; but follow your training with maintenance calories that's what important 👍 unless your body will be drained and exhausted 👍
