    I love this workout we have a group of randoms ie mums daughters partners during covid iso that smash it out sat mornings on Webex in Melbourne ,I really like the progressions and the moves are so empowering they make you feel strong I normally teach pilates ha!

    I love this. Good form. I was doing 3 before this where they didn't have great form & it was really bugging me.

    I loved this workout! The cues were amazing, I had to stop half way and rest but then I finished the whole thing and I'm dripping! However, why does the set look like its 1995, as does the music? These women deserve great music and a great set - or an outside set, or a barebones set! Come on!!

      Hi Dani. It would really depend on the person but I would guess a range would be 500-700. Hope that helps!

    Good class but transitions were to fast so had to fill up time doing other cardio. Also no water breaks.

      Thanks for the feedback, Udo. Different paces work for different people but I appreciate you giving it a try! Also, everyone needs water at different times - I encourage you with any video workout to hit pause and get water whenever you need it! Take care!

    Shuffles and weaving very confusing. Going back and right but saying opposite? Transitions bit too fast

      Keep at it. The bob and weave will become muscle memory and become easier. Same with the other footwork. If you try other boxing-based workouts, you'll find they use the same footwork. The transitions are smooth and intended to keep you moving and keep your heart rate up. She does a good job of slowly adding on movements and queuing in advance. If you miss the first repetition of a sequence, just find the rhythm and get back in sync.
      With HIIT or Tabata style workouts, you'll get more time between sets, but you have to ramp up the intensity as well and get anaerobic. It's a different style than a straight cardio workout. Find what you like and keep at it!

      Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share a negative comment, Chetan. That said, this is not meant to be professional kickboxing training. It is a fitness workout which is meant for health and fun - not getting in a ring. I've had that kind of training too and have many great trainers to turn to should I want more; but thanks for the offer. Enjoy your day.
