Something I gotta work thru coz i got a bit of PTSD from being jumped a few years back, the more i land and the more i make em miss my confidence grows and i get better?? If you dont have that confidence everything else will follow suit. You wont be able to react quicker, punch quicker, land power shots, reaching in your defense. If your confident you dont even second guess things its like knowing the back of your hand its natural 🤝🏽

Some of your likely young viewers and I mean under 20 age, they are not understanding confidence. Confidence isn't ego. Confidence is just knowing your worth and telling yourself you ARE good enough, you are more than good enough. Before my last sparring I told myself I AM a good boxer and I did so much better, still nervous but bloody good sparring but I didn't say "I AM better than Cass, Bailey isn't anywhere near as good as me". Confidence is about SELF belief and ego is about self belief while disregarding others
