That was really the best video for Upwork.
I'm currently working as Business Dev learning to working my way through upwork. Your video seems a great help. One question - can you make a video on how to keep the proposal conversational?

    Hey chad!
Loved your “Getting top rated plus....” video!
It encouraged me to read your book and I think it made it clear to me what should I do next!
I reached top-rated in 4 months and then I’m struggling now with getting long-term clients.
I would love to see more vids about that and how to select and reach mentors that could help me speed up and avoid mistakes while steadily reaching top rated plus.
Thanks a ton for your efforts to bring this experience to us, and the transparency.

the reel problem with proposals in upwork is the view rate is always under 10 to 12%, clients dont even see proposals in the first place .. did u faced same problem? if so what would advice please?

Your goal should be to get your profile to rank to get invited to jobs so your proposals always show at the top, and that's through optimizing it properly. I suggest watching my videos on optimizing your profile or attend my next livestream and you can ask about yours there

Bro Freelancing in my field mep hvac construction industry is almost becoming dead due to clients expectations of working only with already experienced people in the field now i have got some advice of working freely for some projects but would that be an only option to go with ..I do Design & drafting for Aec industry- commercial energy & building works, systems of various 3d 4d projects with the help of software's like revit, autocad, ms excel, navisworks etc
