- Upwork released a new feature where you can tell clients in your profile that you are open to "contract-to-hire" jobs where you start out in a freelancer contract but later convert into a full-time employee? Seriously Upwork? Freelancers who are actually committed to the idea of freelancing, to the principle of freelancing, would never accept an employee job because they're trying to build a business. If they accept a full-time job then they are abandoning their business and their clients.
I could never go back to an employee job. I'm not even hire-able now. Where do you stand?

This is a great video. I'm surprised it hasn't had way more views.
you can check Josh B or a few other top freelancers' earning record, most of them didn't get good clients in the past few months. they have many contract started on May - June, if my memory is correct, but almost none of them get new clients in the past few month, Upwork do have something happened.
How to get clients and optimize our profile ?
crazy how biased and against you are against this OPTIONAL idea haha Didnt really get what I was looking for when I searched that feature I guess
I'm totally not hireable by now, so this is a NO for me! LOL!
Having incomes flow in while still able to spend time with family is my goal, so I'm aiming for freelancing, definitely not those full time jobs, but there are other freelancers who said that is impossible. What about you? What do you think? However, that doesn't mean I want everyone else to do the same thing I do though ✏️🌺
Freelancing part-time while earning a full-time income is definitely possible, I do it, many others succeed at it, that's the whole reason we freelance. It's the only way to have true job security over the next decade. Go for it!
