    Hi, are you familiar with Gold CAPPED conures? Could you tell me about their general behavior (with exceptions) such as noise frequency? Would they sit on me while i work or just fly around the house instead/are they laid back or super energetic? I've heard they are calmer than suns and jendays usually.

      Yes they are known to be calmer than Suns and Jendays-
      No, I've never had one, so I don't really know. However, I do think one would love your shoulder. They are not known to be as quiet as pyrrhura conures, like Green-cheeks.
      Get 2. They will be less loud because they have a friend. No need to call for another or to be needie.
