I know I’m quite overweight but my heart really wants to do this… I have a long journey but I want to get healthy become a yoga instructor and teach others, not about weight but health ❤ I want to learn…. I just feel I’ll never be thin or flexible enough
That is the hard part. I used to be incredibly thin, now I am older and not so much. I feel like with social media and the fitness industry, people just automatically support thin people more. Unfortunate because not being thin does not mean you are unhealthy all the time… Also if this is your real passion, you deserve to pursue it!
I’m a plus size yoga teacher and your size doesn’t matter when it comes to fulfilling the dream of becoming a yoga teacher. Besides, there are some really cool additional certifications You can take to assist yourself and others of all body types.❤❤ Your dream is WELL WORTH IT 🎉🎉
