i am in love with this unit
Sounds delicious indeed!🫧🍾
Man!!!!!! just too good......!!!!!!
Great song!!
Sounds great! Love the silk features on the RND 542 and others, and the flexibility here is great for 2buss processing. Now if only it wasn't so expensive! 😅
I agree on the 542 part. If they expanded on that unit and improved it in any way, in a buss type of application, I’d pay big money because it’s already good. They have big shoes to fill because the 542 is already good and I could see it getting wrecked
Mike Dean may have to switch the old old for this one 😂
So simple, but sounds huge.
Niice sound demonstation
Great to see Bocephus repping for Neve and VK
hey guys that demo rack looks great with the dull orange lights behind, especially because the Antelope has an "OVEN" button illuminated for some reason. Gorgeous.
Could run the stereo bus to it on a set and forget basis - very musical - very nice.
Sounds incredible... more vibe than the Fusion as well. I have an MBP which I love, but I use it mostly for the width and silk. This is right up my alley.
Now there is the plugin version wicj combines de ssl fusion with this....amazing.
If only they would’ve added the tape emulator!!!!!
The color compressor is the tape emulator
Big missed opportunity! It’s a color box. Makes so much sense.
My god 👀
49ers.
Why would you make the light on in bypass rather than in “on” ? Hmm
Neve and Rupert Neve designs 2 different companies right? More importantly RND doesn’t use any original Neve designs ~ it’s interesting
Yes, they are two separate companies. Rupert Neve started Rupert Neve Designs in 2005 to create new designs using the same principles he followed throughout his career.
Two different companies. If you want the real mccoy, go with RND. I believe the Shelford channel was the last thing he personally designed.
It is wonderful, but too expensive for what it is. I would still take the MBP over as a true mastering unit (comp/limiter).
another great piece I will never own ... are they making a plug in says the poor man
