Most of the people in my life who have accused me of "being too angry," were the ones trying to break me down, the ones violating my boundaries, insulting me, or trying to manipulate me.

I don't want to avoid being angry, being angry gives instant gratification. What I want is to avoid the moments that my mind takes my power of critical thinking away because now all I want to do is yell obscenities at this guy over here. I want my anger to be controllable and useable. I don't want to have the immense regrets because I allowed myself to be rude. I don't want to be a rude person.

@Mark Donald you're never angry at the wrong things, anger is never "wrong" neither is any emotion. Anger can be misdirected, but only if you fail to act at the initial thing which made you angry in the first place. Stop seeing anger as a negative and you can avoid that

anger can be used in a good way but as long as you're using it to do things that help you get to a happy place or help you in life but using anger to make you more angry and putting it out on other people that don't deserve it that's when you're doing it in a wrong way

This audio is so goddamn quiet that when I turned up the volume to the point where I could hear it the sound of the Windows chime was powerful enough to make my subwoofer knock things off my desk.

Go into a room by yourself and just yell. You will feel better. Once you let the anger out you will feel calm.

@@allenflyers389 ah he wasn’t much help I didn’t get to spend enough time with him to sort things out (he’s was actually a councillor in my college who anyone can go to go to for free, I wish I’d signed up with something better and more professional... I went for two or three weeks and missed 1 appointment due to a college trip I had the same day and I was booted off and my spot was replaced! 😕 I tried letting him know I had a trip but the message apparently didn’t get to him)
Me and my boyfriend aren’t together anymore but that’s was for more reasons than my anger I found out later...
      (Another girl)
Still have anger issues, always have since being a kid lol but for the past few two years I’ve been much calmer and but still get snappy when frustrated.
Thanks for checkin in and asking lol I totally forgot I made this comment two years ago haha
      How’s you?

Cognitive distortions... emotions. Take the time to think or get it out of your system, whether that be shouting into thin air, exercising or ranting to a friend and base responses on fact and logic.

You never know if your opponent is more cruel than you, what would you do if his anger get satisfied after he tear apart every single organ, skin, eyes, bake your legs in oven and heat, inserting a lava rod in your eyes, when you're all conscious, when you can feel that pain. YEAH, that's gonna be me. nothing satisfies me unless i watch every single cannablism video clip on youtube. I can't explain how extremely it rages me up. i think i can describe it like:
'world's very very most highest extremest hottest raged up anger' it happens with me when i play games. it's really hard to control. So stopped playing that game.

    • @yashaswikulshreshtha1588

Imagine if your oppenent is less angrier than you but lot more cruel than you, he won't care even if he breaks your bones, it will satisfy him and for that satisfaction he will damage you more.
Have you faced something like being bullied by whole class? it happened for year with me, but now if they will beat me or bully me now. then i won't show them anger but the extreme cruelty that i have gathered since they bullied me . Wanna mess around with me? i am not tough guy but very cruel you can say i will kill you like a ghoul.
