UK law is clear that you can film a Government property from a public place, but not film the property from within the property without permission from the owner (in this case the Government). In this case, the road and path are within the Government property and so filming is illegal and can be stopped by a cease and desist order from the Police. Given the huge propblem with drugs entering UK prisons, especially now through the use of drones, the UK is not willing to allow UK prisons to be filmed from within the property grounds. Police can, and will on occasion, use a section of the Terrorism Act 2000 to question your ID and why you are filming a sensitive property such as a prison or military base etc. This is perfectly understandable and acceptable in the current climate.

I saw officer lofthouse put a guy in hospital for throwing a bin at his misses. Went in muftied up with 2 others and hospitalised him. Theres loads in there. Lofthouse / patrick / robinson etc etc. I know half the screws in this video. The woman who walks over the crossing near the end of the video in a white shirt with 2 others, shes the nicest woman ive ever met. Mrs lamont.
