I've been watching your videos for years and have gotten through anger, sadness, pain, and/or fatigue through these and I just can't thank you enough. Seriously. There's nothing like these that get me as motivated even with a knee injury. Your channel has been a lot of my niche interests, but also accessible to everyone.
Almost regretted choosing this one after the day I had, but the low impact moves saved me and made this doable. So fun!

Yes yes yes! Can’t wait to do this after work, I’ve been hoping for more pop punk, especially PATD, they’re such energizing songs that they’re my favorite songs for working out. Can we see about getting an MCR vs three days grace or a good Charlotte vs all time low one in the future. So many good songs to choose from, makes me wish I knew how to choreograph some cardio myself.

I love love love everything you do. You have really given me some Joy back in excersising and even some courage to go to group fitness even when i do the low impact versions and are slow, clumsy and uncoordinated. I just try and Chanel my inner emk even when im not with you but with a bunch of fitnes babes.
I love the fact that music ist loud so we actually feel that we're dancing to it, but we can still hear your voice and feel your energy. You're doing an amazing job and the flashbacks I had from my emo teen ages were surreal 😂😂
