Not anything sim city at all from what it said where it has no game mechanic. It is just a city editor with cyberpunk theme. No offence to those who enjoy painting city but it is not anything near as a game.

Looks super cool! You should find a way that makes it so when you are done building you can make a little cinematic of the city that you can save and maybe make into a screensaver for your computer
