Confessions of an Aspie idk about Dental surgeries but in general if an area has to be sterile, such as a surgery room, birthing room, etc. , service dogs aren't allowed. However, even with denying the dog in the room, his mom should have been allowed.

Not completely true, not allowed in surgical rooms/areas, if someone in the emergency room is getting stitches they have to leave. Most of the time they get put in the physc ward unit that is private. With nothing but a bed and tv (don’t think it’s like o good they get their own room). Anywho The Who service animal thing is total bs.
They need to tie him down with no numbing medicine and rip out his teeth. That monster needs to rot in prison.

@@TooKawaii4U I'm not being rude but I have to ask - do you have children? We as parents are conditioned to listen to people in places of authority- i.e. Doctors, Dentists, Cops, etc. These parents are being threatened to be investigated by CPS if they didn't let the Dr do what he wanted to do. It's hard to bring that type of unwanted issues to your doorstep even when you have a gut feeling something is wrong. We have to fight for our kids, even when it's super uncomfortable to do so!
Twin Momma I don’t have kids but raised my siblings, I know the threats were told by this doctor but why subject your own child to this agonizing pain for longer than needed. Such as the comment said by Luis only a short clip should be enough.
@@TooKawaii4U I agree- no children should have to suffer that way. I was just saying that when you are a truly loving, caring parent - the threat of CPS/ DCF/ etc is a scary one. No good parents want to get involved with those agencies because they see only bad parents so they have the tendency to see bad even when it isn't there. When it comes to your children, threats go a long way unforunately.

I was abused by a dentist in my area, so was my cousin (we didn't know this untill years later) i had an extra tooth that needed to be extracted, My mom was always allowed in the room, this time she wasn't, he came at me with the tooth pliers, put his knee on my chest and tried to open my mouth, I couldn't breath, I kicked and kicked my legs and finally it threw him off balance, I immediately screamed and he backhanded me with a closed fist and my mom walked in.. He tried telling her that i was fine and just having a fit.
Kids should never be left alone with any medical person!

As someone who has had teeth removed without any pain relief (It wasn't possible to administer due to a natural bodily reaction to it and no injection based relief could be administered due the exact nature the extraction was needed for) it is one of the most painful things I have ever felt and I can still remember the pain even after several years. He offered them no relief, that is monstrous, pain relief should be given in any situation where it is possible.
if I worked in that dentists office, I'd report him to the police, medical board and any news organization that would talk to me. How can you work in an environment where children are being tortured and do nothing about it???
Ignorance, fear of losing your job, own monstrous tendencies? I'm sure each person who knew had their reasons, but even with those reasons, someone should have spoke out. This isn't right and will never be considered so. I am glad that he was found out but the damage was already done to those children.

I had the same happen to me except the dentist didn't wait long enough for the anesthesia to kick in/ give me enough and no one would listen to me and believe the pain i felt. My mouth only went numb after the fact
At my old dentist I went to as a kid they didn’t even numb my mouth let alone remove the pain! They put stuff on my mouth but it was so little it didn’t even work at all, I felt every single needle enter my gums I felt all the pulling and tugging at my teeth I was so scared, that’s how my dentist fear started

All these poor kids...my gosh...I feel so sorry for those kids. Little kids are so vulnerable, and you gotta be careful with them. And then these kids were especially vulnerable...and then this so-called "dentist" just freaking ripped their teeth out when they didn't need it, and otherwise abused them...sitting there, choking these kids, and the kids are poor and/or disabled...and Thomas, being autistic, is probably especially sensitive, even more so than some of these others...man...just...why is the world so messed up?

I’m on the autism spectrum and currently in braces. I’m thankful that I was never tortured and abused by this maniac but I’m still very angry. That man deserves to rot in hell. I would never wish anything horrible on someone else but what this man did is absolutely disgusting and unforgivable.

the fact that the dentist’s attorney and lawyer is defending him after the CHILDREN are giving out information of abuse by him is sicking me. i understand they are supposed to defend him and keep him out of jail but i wouldnt EVEN help him after hearing the kids and parents.
Something like this happened to me. When I was young (under 10) The dentist drilled my cavities (I had many) without novocaine. He said children didn't need it and to just relax. It was pure hell. I left my body. My mom did not believe me. She had six kids all one year apart. She didn't want to hear anything about anything. It happened more than once. Hell on wheels. I dreaded going and can still remember the tooth nerve pain. Sadists and money grubbers who need to be brought to justice.

the employees are just as sadistic as him. You can see they both enjoy torturing those poor babies. I mean you can literally see them trying to hide their satisfaction. And I agree the mom's should have stopped it right away. The dentist gave no reassurance or words of comfort. Huge red flags right there. And the dad with the deaf and blind son, though he tried to say something, he should have done more! There is absolutely no reason to ever allow anyone to pull your child's teeth or drill in their mouth without pain meds. Unacceptable! Parents need to stop feeling intimidated/threatened and start being the intimidator/threatener when it comes to the safety and comfort of their children! Protect your kids and trust your gut!!

The assistant should get charged too and her license taken away!!! Hearing that little boy scream made me cry and then knowing that he was strapping the kids down pisses me off! I’m a mother of 3 little ones and hearing this is tremendously heart breaking! I recently took my kids to the dentist (last month) and was able to sit in the room with them. Im quite sure that those poor kids are still traumatized by what happened and are scared to go to another dentist.

Like the Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors. Happened to my Son by a Dentist who lost his medical license eventually. He hurt my son too and like this case he was 1 of 2 who took Medicaid for pediatric dentistry. My son is 23 now but doesn't like going to dentist.

Restraints, when used properly, are not themselves abusive. Sometimes the child can pose a risk to him or herself or the people working on them
This monster just did whatever he wanted to do, KNOWING the consistent business payments he'd get from special needs, threats, and poverty/medicaid and medicare.

Wow I went to his dentist in like 2005 or 06 and had a really bad experience that traumatized me, to think after all those years he got away with so many things. These kids are not lying , I can verify that this man is an absolute monster. I was 4 or 5 years old and I can still remember the exact things he did to me because that’s how awful he was
